On the comparison of imported bioferitilizer with the one, which is attained from further filtration on multi-functional strains, and their effects on the growth of peas and Maize is measured on the basis of the reduction of 20-30% of fertilizer in the study. The results obtained are as follows:1. The PGPR strain was selected by composite filtration again, the excellent strain are: LM4-3, LH12-3, Lx191, Jm92 and LHS11.2. Strain Lx191 and LHS11 are both possessed of positive antagonism on the tested plant pathogens. And LHS11 makes the best impact on fusarium oxysporum f . niveum and fusarium oxysporium f. sp. Cucumerinum ( The inhibition ratio to it is 84% ). Strain Lx191 also produces 74% of inhibition ratio to fusarium oxysporium f. sp. Cucumerinum. Strain Lx191 and LHS11 have a nearly equivalent inhibition ratio to cotton rhizoctonia solani ( It's between 64% and 65% ).3. The analysis of antagonism on 5 of the selected strains is a result that they have no effect of inhibition each other, so they could be mix-cultured and compound bioferitilizer is utilized with one pea-rhizobium.4. It is showed in field experiment that it (Treatment C) is the first-grade combination with 20% of reduction in fertilizer and the displacement of bioferitilizer A, the second (Treatment A) is the one with 20% of reduction in fertilizer and the displacement of bioferitilizer A, and the third (Treatment B) is the one with 30% of reduction in fertilizer and the displacement of bioferitilizer B. Compared with the others, Treatment A has no significant difference, while it increases the plant traits and yield. The effect of Treatment B is less than Treatment A, and less than Treatment A in some indicators (hundred seed weight of monoculture Maize, and seed yield of pea and Maize, for instance).5. The outcome of this research is beneficial for the reduction of resource-purchasing without dropping in production per hectare: 200 ~ 340 RMB for peas, single 570 ~ 870 RMB for Maize, and 395~ 605 RMB for peas and Maize.
