Bulk Grain Conveying Pump Truck Key Structure Design And Performance Analysis

In response to determine the overall deployment of key areas and its priority theme,we will increase the overall strength of agricultural science and technology,to the world's highest principle of grain and safeguard national food security promoted,in view of the current "grain,energy saving,intelligent" as the development theme of bulk grain logistics equipment at home and abroad.Combining with the domestic existing in and out of the warehouse equipment on the basis of technical bottlenecks,draw lessons from the principle of the current concrete pumping system,and combining with the physical properties of food material,we put forward a new type of bulk grain conveying equipment-----bulk grain conveying pump truck.Its working principle is the pumping system adopts two rows of grain delivery cylinders to work alternately.Under the action of the cylinder,in which one pump the piston rod forward to push the grain,and the other piston rod will feed the grain back into the grain delivery tank to prepare for the next delivery of the food.The piston rod Push and inhale the grain in the piston rod,and push the grain forward and realize the grain transportation.The slewing mechanism is mainly driven by a pinion to rotate the big gear,and the arm structure is fixed on the slewing mechanism.The grain transportation pipeline is combined with the big gear to realize 360 degree rotation.The arm is under the action of the hydraulic push rod to realize the telescopic extension,and that ensure the free change of the pumping system at the pumping height and distance.In this paper,according to the working principle of pump truck,adopts the combination of theoretical analysis and numerical calculation,we analyzed the arm frame structure,slewing mechanism,the structure of the pump of which is the pump truck key parts of the bulk grain.We put forward the key selection and structure design of the structure.The whole pump truck systems are generated in 3D modeling and 2D drawings.For subsequent prototype test,provides the theoretical study and popularization of the new equipment.
