China is a superpower country of tobacco production,which makes positive contribution to the development of national economy.However,the picking and collection of tobacco is still by manual for hundreds of years.The weather hot,the condition poor,the labor intensity strong,but the efficiency low.It is difficult to ensure that tobacco is harvested in time,which makes the quality of harvest down.As a result,the mechanization and automation of harvest is urgent.Based on self-propelled tobacco harvester,the cutter of tobacco harvester is designed in this paper,which is theory innovation and can harvest layered tobacco.The major research and conclusions are as follows:1.The theory innovative research of cutter is accomplished in this paper.Through theoretical analysis,the parameters of the cutter correspond with the requirement of automatic harvest.By means of curve fitting of Matlab software,the initial theoretical shape of cutter is fitted into piecewise functions,which achieves an optimization,and the accurate parameters are similar to the initial parameters.2.Through Solidworks software,the virtual 3D-model of cutter is set up in this paper.We can find from the comparison of cutters of several different reverse angle that: if the speed of tobacco harvester is 0.43 m/s,the reverse angle is 90° in theory better;if the speed of tobacco harvester is 1.04 m/s,the reverse angle is 90° or 180° in theory.We can decide the better reverse angle according to actual harvest.3.Through the analysis of Adams software,the results show that the reverse angle of 90° is better in the dynamic performance of the two cutters.4.Through the mathematical evaluation functions,based on grey theory,the free-cutting performance of the material is evaluated.It is obtained that the comprehensive performance and free-cutting performance of rigidity of 50 is the best.We choose the rigidity of 50 ultimately,which provides the foundation to the selection of processing method and device of the cutter.
