Bagging is an important way to regulate and control fruit color,it can improve the appearance quality,but also has a negative impact on the Internal quality.Taking Fuji apple as tested materials,set two treatments that bagging and no-bagging treatment,the no-bagging is control treatment.Studying the differences of appearance quality,internal quality,storage performance and safety quality of bagging and non bagging in the Yellow River irrigation area of Ningxia.Purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical basis and technical support for evaluating the effects that improve the comprehensive quality about Fuji apple of bagging.The main results are as follows:1.The peel smooth index,color index and commodity fruit ratio of bagging are higher than non bagging.Bagging has no effect on fruit weight and fruit shape index,but tread of reduce fruit weight and improve significantly the appearance quality of fruit.2.The firmness,soluble solids,soluble sugar,solid acid ratio and anthocyanin content of bagging are significantly lower than those of non bagging,bagging can raise the water content of fresh fruit significantly.Bagging has no effect on organic acid of fruit and may raise tread of content of organic acid.So,bagging can raise the water content of fresh fruit and bring greatly negative effects on fruit internal quality significantly.3.During condition of low temperature,the weight(water)loss ratio,firmness change ratio,soluble solids decreased ratio,solid acid decreased ratio of bagging are all significantly lower than no-bagging.Organic acid decreased ratio of bagging is more than non bagging,and the internal indexes are lower than non bagging from beginning to end.Storage performance of bagging is slightly better than non bagging.4.Bagging can significantly reduce fruit pesticide residual content,the pesticide residual content of non bagging is more than 2 times compared to bagging.Duing to the drought in Yellow River irrigation area of Ningxia,diseases and insect pests are relatively lighter,pesticide is less used in the process of production,although the results showed that the pesticide residues of bagged fruit and bare fruit are in line with the national standards for maximum-residue limits of pesticides and the standard of pollution-free apple,bagging can greatly improve the quality safety of apple fruit.
