| This experiment was carried on in red Fuji apple(Malus domestica Borkh.CV.Red Fuji), study for the different fruit bags effect on the weight of per fruit, index of smoothness for fruit surface, index of fruit tambour, color index, and fruit shape index of appearance quality for Fuji apple in Liaoning yingkou area; and effect on the fruit firmness, content of Vc, soluble solid, titratable acid, and solublesolid/sitratable acid of internal quality, we selected the suitable fruit bags in Liaoning yingkou area. And study on the different bagging time effect on the weight of per fruit, fruit firmness, pericarp pigment, soluble solid, titratable acid, sugar, and starch content, this is lay foundations for apple production in Liaoning yingkou area. The results indicated as follows:1. Bagging promotes the appearance quality of fruit, and slightly reduces the internal quality, but promotes the economic benefit on the whole. The double bags best of all, the single bags take second place, and the plastic bags worst. In the area of yingkou of Liaoning province of China, the effect of apply of xiaolin bags best of all, the jinggong double bags, qinghe bags, ainong bags, fukang bags, qinlin single bags take the second place, and the plastic bags worst.2. The bagging and not bagging can not affect the fruit size or have small effect. In the early time, bagging and bagging time can affect the fruit firmness, but not affect the fruit firmness in the time of recovery.3. In different time of the fruit development, Chla and Ch1 have the similar change trends, the bagging time the more early, the content of Chla and Ch1 the more lower, the content of Chla and Ch1 in the fruit of not bagging treatment is more highly than bagging treatment. Chlb is change slightly in the different time of fruit development, and the content of Chlb in the fruit of not bagging treatment is more highly than bagging treatment. otherwise, the bagging treatment is good for anthocyanin production in the pericarp, and the bagging time the more early, the production of anthocyanin is more.4. The bagging treatment can reduce the content of soluble solid, titratable acid, and the bagging time the more early, the effect is more power. In the process of fruit development, the content of reducing sugar and total sugar is gradually increase, the content of total sugar in the different stage present the similar change trends. The total sugar content of control treatment is higher than the bagging treatment, and different bagging time effect the total sugar is not regular pattern. Sucrose content is gradually increase in the development of fruit, and the sucrose content of control treatment is higher than the bagging treatment. |
