| In recent years,the floor-rise pig barn system developed in China is a good attempt to alleviate the waste pollution and protect the environment.The environmental-friendly pig production system proposed in this paper is composed of the environmental-friendly floor-rise pig barn system,pig house control system and the harmless dead pigs treatment system.The main focus of this paper are listed as follows:1.Optimized the environmental-friendly floor-rise pig barn system,and made an environmental-friendly floor-rise pig barn system’s models,and did the promotion work.2.According to the temperature and humidity requirements of pig farms,a set of pig-house control system based on single-chip microcomputer is designed and manufactured.The system can communicate with android equipment.In order to achieve remote control,and a set of pig farm control system based on the UDP communication protocol was designed;3.A video transmission system based on mjpg-streamer is designed.The system can send real-time video stream of the pig house to the android server software.4.Based on the composting technology,the harmless dead pigs treatment system was designed.The environmental-friendly floor-rise pig barn system designed in this study has the advantages of reducing the discharge of fecal effluent,ensuring the sanitation of the pig house,reducing the risk of pig’s disease,and achieving the healthy breeding of the pig.At the same time,a set of pig house control system was designed to realize the remote control and video monitoring of the temperature and humidity of the pig house,and the degree in automation of the pig farm was improved.The harmless dead pig treatment system has the advantages of low running cost,simple operation,and can reuse of the dead pigs. |
