Wugong Mountain is located in the Midwest of Jiangxi Province,with vast mountain meadows are distributed.Mountain.It has high economic value and ecological value.As a National Scenic Spots,every year receive a large number of tourists and outdoor enthusiasts from all over the world.However,excessive tourism development has caused great damage to the mountain meadow system in Wugong Mountain,The degeneration of meadow in a large area is prominent.This paper selects the main peak of Wugong Mountain Samples of five different repair stages: Bare plots,Fimbristylis dichotoma,Miscanthus sinensis,Carex chinensis,and O.Miscanthusas research object.Carried out for one year Soil respiration monitoring,The corresponding soil physical and chemical indexes were simultaneously measured.studied the effects of restoration on soil respiration in mountain meadow ecosystem,analyze the key affecting factors in ecological process of meadow soil and soil carbon transformation,It is helpful to reveal the mechanism of restoration of degraded meadow ecosystem and the ecological mechanism of soil functional restoration,It can also guide the restoration of Degraded Mountain Meadow Ecosystem and formulate corresponding countermeasures,The result shows:?1?The annual dynamic changes of soil respiration in different vegetation restoration were similar,The peak value of soil respiration occurred in summer,Minimum appears in winter,The highest peak value is the non-degraded alpine meadow,Minimum value is Bare plots.The most CO2 cumulative emissions of Soil respiration is O.Miscanthusand Fimbristylis dichotoma,Bare plots is least.?2?Temperature had significant effect on soil respiration in different restoration measure.The Q10 of Bare plot,Carex chinensi,Fimbristylisdichotoma,Miscanthus sinensis and O.Miscanthusis3.11?3.68?2.09?4.10 and 2.20.The magnitude of temperature sensitivity is Fimbristylis dichotoma > O.Miscanthus > Bare plots> Carex> Fimbristylisdichotoma.?3?The content of DOC?MBC was correlated with soil respiration.?4?The biomass of vegetation with different vegetation restoration was different.When restoring the degraded soil the aboveground biomass and total biomass of dominant species were the most,The second is Miscanthus sinensis,Carex is last.The biomass of Fimbristylisdichotoma and Miscanthus sinensis was consistent.In conclusion: Restoration of different species in Wugong Mountain is beneficial to restore ecological function and soil fertility of Degraded Mountain Meadow.The dominant species,Miscanthus sinensis,had the best remediation effect,Temperature and DOC had significant effects on soil respiration,Among them,the dominant species Miscanthus sinensis is the most sensitive to temperature,and Fimbristylisdichotoma is least sensitive to temperature.
