Rhinogobius SP is the precious fish of the southern mountainous regions in Anhui province and it is also one of the Class Ⅱprotected species in Anhui province which has very high economic value.As Rhinogobius SP is small and has a great variety with bad swimming ability and some other eographical isolation factors many of them become new species or subspecies.It cause the chaotic classification of Rhinogobius.In this paper.From Morphology and molecular taxonomy analysis,we can draw the following conclusion.1.In the morphological aspects,Rhinogobius SP shape slender,the front was cylindrical,the rear was flat side,the body was big scales,head without scales,abdomen without scales,no side line,horizontal scales 7 to 11,vertical scales 27 ~ 33,left and right abdominal fins into a sucker-like,full length 33mm-54 mm,Until now we haven’t found individual Rhinogobius SP more than 60 mm,Body length 26mm-42 mm,body width 6mm-11 mm,body height 6mm-10 mm,body width and body height is close to 1: 1.Kiss length and head length ratio of about 1: 3.There is a pair of senses on the front of the tube hole,the front of the bottom with a dark markings,the eye has a oblique downward stripes,mouthpieces,lips,the mouth is located in front of the head,there are free tongue,teeth more rows,The first dorsal fin has 6 fins,the base has no spots,the second dorsal fin has 1 fins 10 fins,base no spots,anal fins and second dorsal fins,with 1 fins 8-9 fins,caudal fins rounded,with 16-18 fins.All the features are consistent with the shrimp,but the search table does not find the species that matches it.2.By comparing the mtDNA of the Rhinogobius SP,we get the following conclusions:The mitochondrial genome of the Rhinogobius SP is 16483 bp in length(accession number: KF371534.1),A(27.06%)、T(26.21%)、G(16.89%)、C(29.84%).A + T base(53.27%)greater than G + C base(46.73%)consists of 37 coding genes and a noncoding control region(D-loop region),The coding genes include 13 protein genes,2 rRNA genes and 22 tRNA genes.The genes of Gln,Ala,Asn,Cys,Tyr,Ser,Glu and Pro in the tRNA gene are encoded on the L chain and the remaining genes are encoded On the H chain.The longest noncoding region is between Asn and Cys,with a total of 27 bp,and the coding region is no more than 10 bp and a maximum of 7 bp.3.In this paper,we used the adjacency method and the maximum likelihood method to establish phylogenetic trees for 16 S r RNA,ND1,ND2,COXI and Cyt b genes respectively.The results showed that the phylogenetic trees established by the two methods were specifically classified into the Rhinogobius,and support the morphological classification.In the adjacency method based on 16 S rRNA gene tree,Acanthogobius and Stiphodon is close to Rhinogobius.The ND1,ND2 and mtDNA sequences showed that the sequences were similar to those of the tigerfish.The Cyt b and COX I were more close to those with the tiger.In the maximum likelihood method,the ND1 and ND2 genes were similar to the results of the adjacency method From the date of the morphological and phylogenetic we can see that Podbielniak rhinogobius are the most similar to the morphology of the Rhinogobius SP.However,the number of Podbielniak rhinogobius’ pectoral fins is 2-3more than rhinogobius,and the length of the body length is different from that of the other parts of the fishRhinogobius giurinus,Rhinogobius Podbielniak and RhinogobiusBrownare the most similarity of Rhinogobius in the mitochondrial gene,and the similarity is about 85%,which make a new species should be on the level of difference.In this paper,through the morphological identification and molecular level we can accurately identify the species of Rhinogobius SP which provide a theoretical basis for the development and protection of fish resources.At the same time we measured the whole genome of the mitochondria of the Rhinogobius SP,and expanded the Genbank gene pool.And provide basic research data for the artificially domesticated and also provide basic research materials on the other study aspects of the Rhinogobius SP.
