Blueberry(Vaccinium corymbosum L.)due to its high nutritional and high health production value.Attracting widespread attention in recent years.Which also makes blueberry related industries have sprung up.In the world,there are so many experts and scholars study the blueberry,and committed to the blueberry new varieties breeding selection.Our country is no exception.With good fruit character,high quality and high stability of blueberry is our pursuit,.IAlthough blueberry industry is developing rapidly in China,there are still many problems cannot be ignored.1.Due to different climatic conditions and soil properties in different regions of China,the cultivars are different.In this study,after considering the characteristics of growth season,maturity period,tree characteristics,disease resistance and other characteristics,we have had introduce 11 varieties of blueberries from Shandong province for planting.By a period of coordination management,with the same management model.After that through the analysis on the determination of growth and physiological indexes.We have come to the conclusion,that Bluecrop,Duke and Earliblue of northern highbush,O’neal and Misty of southern highbush is suitable for protected cultivation in Tianjin area.2.With the deepening of salinization worldwide,the planting of blueberries is also affected.This stage we are in different concentration of NaCl solution simulated conditions of salt stress in the process of cultivation and planting O’Neal blueberries.After a period of time,through the comparative analysis of some indicators.We know that blueberry resistance salt tolerance in the range of 90-120mmol/L.When the salt concentration is less than 90mmol/L,blueberries growth inhibition degree is not obvious.When the concentration is more than 120mmol/L,blueberries growth is strongly inhibited.When the concentration is reached 180 mmol/L,more than half of the blueberry plant death.3.When the growth of blueberry is strongly inhibited by salt stress,the plant growth regulator can be alleviated to a certain extent.This part of the test results in the previous step,on the basis of with different concentrations of Paclobutrazol(PP333)and salicylic acid(SA),spraying salt concentration in the range of effective salt concentration planting blueberry.By measurement and analysis growth and physiological indexes through before and after spraying,we got the following conclusion:For the purpose of this test,the NaCl stress concentration for90mmol/L,use Paclobutrazol S3(400mg/L)and above concentration can produce definite remission.When the stress concentration reached 150mmol/L,the S5 concentration was suitable for the use of polyoxazole(800mg/L).When the stress was alleviated by salicylic acid,relatively high concentration was required.In this experiment,high concentration of R4(0.1mmol/L)and salicylic acid in the subsequent concentration were better for salt stress relief.
