Extraction And Evaluation Of The Antibacterial Of Natural Active Components In Rosmarinus Officinalis

Rosmarinus offcinalis is a perennial herb with fragrant needle-like leaves.It is native to the Mediterranean region and has been cultivated in many other regions.The fresh and dried leaves of Rosmarinus officinalis are widely used as flavors in different food products due to the powerful aromatic odor.Their essential oils are widely applied in the cosmetic industry producing various Cologne waters,bathing essences,hair lotions,shampoos and as a component of disinfectants and insecticides.The conclusions are as follow:(1)Through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,the analysis showed that the optimum extraction process of rosmarinic acid in Rosmarinus officinalis were:solid liquid ratio was 1:8,ethanol concentration was 15%,ultrasonic power was 720 W,ultrasonic extraction temperature was 55 ?,rosemary crushed mesh was 20 and ultrasonic extraction time was 6 min.Under the optimum conditions of rosemary acid extraction rate was 97.3%.(2)a-pinene,camphene,1,8-cineole and camphor were identified as the dominant compounds of the extract of Rosmarinus Officinalis,with the average relative contents 9.1%,3.2%,57.7%and 6.3%,respectively.Our research also indicated with the change of season,the components of Rosmarinus Officinalis extract would change.(3)The antibacterial effect of Rosmarinus Officinalis extract on different strains was different,and had strong antibacterial on Prunella vulgaris ATCC 6897,Escherichia coli ATCC 11230,Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633,and Canidia albicans ATCC 10239.The antibacterial activity of the extract from rosemary was weakest in March,and the seasena factors had a significant effect on the bacteriostasis of Rosmarinus Officinalis extract.(4)Optimum formula of potato modified starch based film showed as experimental materials,the determination of composite membrane containing Rosmarinus Officinalis extract to damage the influence of inoculation disease spot diameter.With Rosmarinus Officinalis extract combined with the coating treatment on bergamot pear shewed postharvest main cause rot pathogens Penicillium expansum play a control effect.In this paper,we get a good physical properties compound film including Rosmarinus Officinalis can effectively inhibit the Penicillium expansum disease spot diameter extension.
