Heracleum moellendorffii Hance names heracleum moellendorffii,which belongs to perennial herb of saposhnikovia divaricata in umbelliferae.It has high edible and medical care value.Heracleum moellendorffii Hance is a nutrient-rich plant,including protein,fat and sugar,especially the content of Vc is about ten times ordinary vegetables.Good taste and smell make it possible for this hill potherb to present on a dining-table,meanwhile the effect of rheumatism removing and acesodyne capture the attention of costumers.Because the shortage of wild production can hardly meet the need of enormous market,a massive cultivating is urgently demanded.It is important for under-forest economy to become prosperous and the structure of under-forest economy to be adjusted even transformed.In the past,some negative factors result in small budding rate,high breeding knowledge and growing out of sync,such as less experiment has been done,the wet and cold growing environment,low production and long dormancy period for germination.The main reason why seeds have a long dormancy period is that afterripening must be finished.This article uses four years old Heracleum moellendorffii Hance seeds as experimental materials,using low and different temperature treatments,supervising developmental conditions of embroy regularly,calibrating morphological index and testing enzymatic activity to discuss effective ways to break the Heracleum moellendorffii Hance seed dormancy and build an industry for further studies.The results are as follows:1.Seeds exist after the phenomenon of maturation,which need to be stratification to complete the form of post-maturing and physiological ripening,and then break the sleep.2.When the seed is mature,the embryo is in the period of heart-shaped embryo,and in the process of stratification has experienced heart-shaped embryo,heart-shaped embryo late,torpedo embryo and horseshoe embryo3.The embryo length,embryo width,embryo sectional area and embryo rate of the different stratification treatments were increased with the accumulation of time.4.The contents of amylase and soluble protein showed a tendency of increasing-decreasing and increasing with the accumulation of time;the content of soluble sugar and peroxidase increased with the accumulation of time,while the fat and starch content gradually decreased.5.The growth rate of the seed embryo was accelerated after 5 days of freezing at-20 ℃.
