Wild apricot(Armeniaca vulgaris var.ansu)is plants of the Rosaceae Prunoideae Aemeniaca.lt is a variants of common apricot.It growing up wild in Hebei,Shanxi,Ningxia,Gansu and other provinces of our country.A.v.var.ansu has high ecological value,it is a superior planting species in arid and semi-arid areas.It's almond have rich nutrition,and it's mutifunctional.A.v.var.ansu germplasm resources are very rich.It has the high potential to breeding the excellent cultivars,and can be extended to western Liaoning.Based on investigation and selection of the prophase of armeniaca sibirica germplasm resources and seedings observation,growing differences in different site conditions,cold resistance physiological characteristics and superior tree's genetic testing of A.v.var.ansu were investigated and studied,tends to do a comprehensive investigation of its' adaptability in Kazuo County in Liaoning Province.Provide theoretical and practical basis for the large-scale A.v.var.ansu cultivated.The main results were as follows:The A.v.var.ansu has strong adaptability.The probability of success of introduced A.v.var.ansu from the northwest area to the Kazuo County in Liaoning Province is high.The difference of extreme high temperature and extreme low temperature between the provenance and the introducing region are obvious.So the temperature is the main limit of introduction.The A.v.var.ansu grew better in upslope,half-sunny slope and thick soil.The A.v.var.ansu grew better than the wild apricot in the same site conditions.During the low temperature stress,the relative electrical conductivity of A.v.var.ansu branch increased with decreasing temperature.The trend of activity of CAT was "up-down-up-down".The activity of POD increased fist and then decreased.Soluble sugar reached peak when the temperature reached-35?.Free proline reached peak when the temperature reached-35?.The trend of MDA content increased fist and then decreased.The sort of cold hardiness of three sample was:Y2>S1>Y1.The frequentness dwastribution of A.v.var.ansu quality characters was closely to clone:the color of branchlets was mainly reddwash-brown,the type of fruit spur was mainly medium fruit spur,leaf shape was mainly ovoid,leaf base shape was mainly wedge-shape,leaf opex shape was mainly taper.Leaf surface,back of blade was mainly tomentum and limb by dense shoot thorn.Flesh adhesion was mainly freestone.The fruit taste was mainly astringency,fruit shape was mainly flat oblong,skin color was mainly yellow,pulp drying degree was mainly less juice,kernel was mainly bitter taste.The A v.var.ansu clones' variation coefficients of every quantitative characters were higher than 11%except pit width,pit thickness and almond width.The crown was the largest,up to 65%.The A.v.var.ansu pedigrees' variation coefficients of every quantitative characters were higher than 12%except pit thickness and almond thickness.The length of the twig was the largest,up to 70%.This showed that germplasm resources of A.v.var.ansu pedigrees and clones was rich and has large potential to breed excellent varieties.The traits of A.v.var.ansu clones were extremely significantly different(p<0.01).The repeatabilities of quantitative in fruit,kernel,almond were higher,which is 0.83?0.99.The repeatabilities of quantitative in twigs,leaves and petiole were 0.72?0.93.The angle of main branch,crown width,tree height were 0.46-0.50,and the trunk diameter were the lowest,which is 0.27.The tree heigh,the angle of main branch and the number of fruit per plant of A.v.var.ansu pedigrees were significantly different(p<0.05),the rest traits were extremely significantly different(p<0.01).The highest heritability traits of A.v.var.ansu pedigrees was weight of sigle fruit,which is 0.96.The thickness of the core-shell was the lowerst,which is 0.16.The maximum single tree heritability was the twig thickness,which is 0.88.The minimum was the angle of main branch,which is 0.06.
