| On the base of the overall observation and investigation for climate, moisture, soil and other environment conditions, studies on habit and characteristics of biology, phenology and adaptation have been done. Using the rootstock from Gansu province, 13000 young trees have been breed, and 253 of them have already entered fruit period;0.2 million rootstock trees by seeding have been breed. 4 ha demonstrate orchard have been built;it is the biggest demonstrate orchard in china except Xinjiang province. The item have obtained some results:(1) Introduced cultivars "Kerman "and "Peters" have adapted circumstances and beep well for growing, blooming and bearing. (2) The rootstock named Chinese pistacia is the best rootstock at present. Grafted trees keep good adaptation and growth, and bearing after 3 years. (3) The chemical composition and nutritive value of local kernel is the same as American's by analyzing. (4) Grafting in summer (about 20/7) is the best reason;budding with two knife is the best method in four kind of methods;budding with woodiness is a simple method, its survival rate is also high, and can be extended;grafting in low part is much better than high part. (5) The method of breeding rootstock is "seeding in hole +cover with sand + cover with grass + cover with plastic velamen", rate of budding is 75%. (6) Cresol red coloration reagent can be used to differentiate male and female young tree. (7) Kargotypes of "Kerman" is analyzed, the number of chromosomes being 30, the kargotypes formulas is 2n=2x=30=20m+6sm+4st, belong to 2A. |
