The Identification Of Cold Resistance Of 45 Varieiies Of Grapes

1.A system for differential thermal analysis(DTA)was applied for low temperature exotherms(LTE)to analyze 45 varieties of grape canes.We established LT-I of canes and figured out the important points of temperature-injury A comprehensive evolution on LT-I of different 45 varieties was applied to subordinate function value analysis.The results show that:with the decreased of temperature,grapes canes gradually heated.Phloem and xylem gradually heated.Different varieties grapes with lower temperature release are different.The varieties of weak cold resistance release less heat than the strong.The order of cold resistance from strongest to weakest is:'Queenora','Summer Black','GaoQi','Autumn Seedless','Cayuga white','XiangFeng','Mars seedless','Canadice Seedless','Crimson Seedless','ZuiJinxiang','Italia','Concord New York','Suffolk Red','JinYa','Venus seedless','HoneyJuiceYatomirosa','Tamina','MuscatKyoho','Horizon','Concord','ShennongShuoFeng','Fujiminori','Heiguixiang','Ruby seedless','Shennongj inhuanghou','Kyoho','Brown Seedless','Zhuosexiang','BlackOlympia','Centennial Seedless','Flame seedless','Lakemont Seedless,','Guanghui','LN333','Brown Seedless','XinghuaNo.I','Rizamat','Muscat Hamburg','31778','Skyler','HeiAimo','86-11','Victoria','LeiMing'.2.We measured the conductivity of 23 varieties dormant annual of grape canes by the method of low temperature stress,to observe the changes of relative conductivity of different varieties of grape canes.Under the varies of low temperature stress,calculating the lethal-temperature(LT50)by fitting the logistic equation.The results show that:the conductivity of different varieties of grape canes increased with the decreased of low temperature.Different varieties grapes have different changes of relative conductivity.The varieties of strong cold resistance changes less than the weak.The order of cold resistance from strongest to weakest is:'Concord','LN333','Zhuosexiang','Shennongjinhuanghou','Cayuga white','Suffolk Red','Kyoho','BlackOlympia','Flame seedless','ZuiJinxiang','Tamina','Muscat Hamburg','GaoQi','Muscat Kyoho','HeiAimo,,xinghua No.1','Brown Seedless','Remaily Seedless','Fujiminori','Crimson Seedless','Guanghui','Skyler''Zhuang Y uanhong'.3.We used two different methods to analyze the cold resistance of 45 varieties pf grapes.The results of two methods are reliable.The method of DTA applied for LTE is simple and has small error.The method of conductance is time-consuming and laborious.The result is affected by many factors.It is suggested that differential thermal analysis(DTA)is used in the analysis and study of cold resistance of grapes.The experiment is in order to provide theoretical basis for the research on the cold resistance of grape resources in the future,and to provide technical guidance for grape cultivation in Northeast area of China.
