| ROC22 with weaker cold resistance was CK1 and ROC 16 which was better cold resistance was CK2 in this experiment. Rate of emergence, seedling quality, physiology and biochemistry indicators of six new sugarcane cultivars such as XiDaYin6,LiuCheng03-182,GuiTang02-901,GuiTang02-237,GuiTang02-467. GuiTang97-69 were measured after chilling injury to compare the cold resistance.This experiment has two parts:seed soaking with ice-water, young seedling soaking with ice-water. Results of this experiment as follows:Seed soaking with ice-water experiment:compared with normal temperature seed soaking treatment, by treating with 0℃ice-water seed soaking for different time, studied effects on emergency rate of seedlings and quality of seedlings as well as physiology and biochemistry indicators after frozen injury of sugarcane seed stems discrepancy of cold resistance of different cultivars.The result preliminary showed that rate of emergence decreased no-obviously, but seedling quality was different from physiology and biochemistry indicators of cold resistance. Synthesizing the differences of each cultivar's emergency rate and breeding quality and physiology and biochemistry indicators, preliminary conclusion of order of cold resistance after ice-water seed soaking treatments was that:LiuCheng03-182> GuiTang02-901>XiDaYin6>ROC16,>GuiTang02-467> ROC22>GuiTang02-237>GuiTang97-69.Young seedling soaking with ice-water experiment:compared with normal temperature seedling soaking treatments, by treating with ice-water seedling soaking for two different times,it researched changes of young seedlings'physiology and biochemistry indexes and judged different cold resistance of each cultivar. The result suggested initially that most of physiology and biochemistry indicators which were related to cold resistance of seedling after seedling soaking treatments were obviously different from normal treatment. Preliminary conclusion of order of cold resistance was that GuiTang02-901>ROC16> XiDaYin6>LiuChengO3-182>GuiTangO2-237>GuiTang97-69>ROC22> GuiTangO2-467.By marking results of two experiments, the order of cold resistance was that: GuiTang02-901>XiDaYin6>LiuChengO3-182>ROC16>GuiTangO2-237> GuiTangO2-467>ROC22>GuiTang97-69. |
