In view of problems of feeding utilization on wasting vegetable resources in main vegetable producing areas and seasonal imbalance on forage supply in pasturing areas, this experiment takes the Plateau Summer Wasting Vegetables as subject investigated to produce compressed bagged vegetable silage capable of storing and discharging, and its production process is optimized for collaborative solution of problems of uneven spatial and temporal distribution of forage resources and limited use of wasting vegetables. To achieve the orderly recycling of wasting vegetables, improve Tibetan sheep slaughter rate, and provide technical support for Tibetan sheep production. The results of experiments:After the fermentation maturity of vegetable silage products,pH value can be 3.8,with slight brown color, and the wasting vegetables are fresh and green, with a clear acid odor, the stem and leaf structure are remained intact;according to silage sensory and pH evaluation criteria, the sensory evaluation results of all tested silage are all in the first grade.Nutrition level of wasting vegetables silage is influenced by the variety of vegetable,in order to make the nutrition contained in the wasting vegetable silage feeding meet the livestock demand for food, flexible choice of a variety of combinations of raw materials is suggested during production;NDF,ADF,ADL contents in the ensilage fermentation are significantly lower than that of other silage, and there is a negative correlation with the amount of wasting vegetables added;the nitrate and nitrite contents and other safety indexes of the prepared vegetable silage are all within the allowed scope of the state.According to the variance analysis of orthogonal optimization test on wasting vegetable silage, the A2B3C1 treatment group had the highest score(P<0.01),and the highest score of silage quality evaluation criteria appeared when the ratio of straw to wasting vegetables was 1:8,and the addition agent was 0.005%.Analysis Od,10d,20d,30d,50d pH and ammonia nitrogen monitoring index of the wasting vegetables silage, the 20d pH value of the A2B3C1 treatment group decreased to 4 and 30d reached to 3.80,and no significant change after 30d.The concentration of 30d ammonia nitrogen is 4.06%,and there was no significant change after 30d.The experiment of Tibetan sheep fattening showed, the average daily gain of the two experimental groups increased by 8.91%and 15.04%respectively,and the weight gain rate was increased by 11.32%and 16.42%respectively,and the material weight ratio decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with whole corn silage, feeding wasting vegetables silage can be improved the gain of fattening sheep, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Corresponding adjust concentrate(Reduce the dosage of corn and soybean meal significantly)can meet the demand of fattening sheep nutrition,in addition, feeding wasting vegetables silage and improved concentrate can effectively improve the daily gain of fattening Tibetan sheep(P<0.05).at the same time,it can be seen that it had no significant impact on slaughter performance and meat quality of Tibetan sheep, but the mutton tenderness of Tibetan sheep had been improved(P<0.05).Economic benefits of wasting vegetable silage on remote Tibetan sheep fattening testwere significantly higher than those in the control group.Among them, more than 62.08 yuan per Tibetan sheep gained in experiment No.1 group than the control group, the economic benefits increased by 19.37%;and more than 93.90 yuan per Tibetan sheep gained in experiment No.2 group than the control group, the economic benefits increased by 29.30%.It indicated that when wasting vegetable silage was used for replacing corn silage,it could significantly improve the breeding efficiency of fattening.
