The corn stock is getting more and more widespread as the silage material application. According to the characteristics of advanced chopped compressed wrapping silage technology and compressed bag silage technology, as well as referring to the structural characteristics of fresh corn stalks and the requirements of large-scale silage, a new method suitable for large-scale collection, processing and silage is promoted, which is fresh corn straw-pole baled compressed silage method. In this article, base on the research and analysis the characteristics of fresh corn straw-pole baled compressed silage, selecting suitable packing material and make experiments of packaging properties and research on the packaging ways suitable for feasibility large-scale silage. In order to obtain the good silage effect, the main research work of this article is as follows:(1) In view of the breakage forms of the thin film those appeared in the pre-experiment, carried on the performance test to the packing material, including the anti-puncture performance test of polyethylene thin film under different ram speed, heat-seal structural testing under different heat-seal parameter and anti-longitudinal strength experiment under different stretch speed, which show the intensity expires marginal value of the thin film by the peel strength experiment.(2) Carried on the bag manufactured experiment of packing materials, including the research of the cutting out quality, the heat-seal performance and so on. And carry on the sealing property experiment with the bubble method and the flaw detection on the heat -bonding sack. The experiment indicated that in the bag manufacture process, there are many factors influenced the bag-manufacture effect, such as the packing material's test specimen size, the bag's surface scratch, the bag's surface smoothness, the heat bonding fastness, the seal knife trace, as well as the neat degree of packing material and so on.(3) This experiment conducts the experiments of three compression packing ensilage ways: binds the package of seal ensilage, the vacuum seal ensilage and the ordinary ensilage way. In all experimental test specimens, the straw stalk's stem leaf structure basically preserved completely. The color of the ensilage test specimens of vacuum seal and the stretch membrane bind packaged basically turned tan by the initial period blue-green; the majority of the ordinary ensilage test specimen presents the color of jasper. Compared to the Ordinary sealed silage, vacuum sealing and wrapping silage has less mildew and decay phenomenon. Synthesis grading indicated: Overall, in the three kind of packing patterns, the effect of the vacuum seal ensilage is the best, the sample quality is basically fine, the storage time achieves generally above 6 months, and the test specimens which sealed good have storage for 28 months. The effect of the stretch membrane binds packaged ensilage is better, they basically maintained the good mold quality in 2 months, and the good test specimens may storage about 4 months. The mold on the surface of ordinary seal ensilage samples has not stopped growing throughout the whole fermenting and the storage time, this way of silage is need to be further research.
