In recent years,there are a rapidly demand for potherbs because of its edible and medical abilities.However,unreasonable development and utilization have done much harm to the resource environment and narrowed the scale and population density of potherbs.Human's unrestricted exploitation will lead to a sharp decline of some wild resources in some days.In this study,we investigated the distribution,living environment,nutritional components,growth and development of some potherbs grown in 12 representative forest land that distributed in 6 different accumulated temperature zone.The object of the study is to figure out the distribution of potherbs and make references for the establishment of potherbs resource information system,artificial cultivation and protection of wild resources.The main conclusions in this paper are as follows:(1)In our study,there was 36 species of potherbs belonging to 18 families and 35 genuses distributed in Heilongjiang province.A total of 33 herbal potherbs were found,including Heracleum moellendorffii Hance,Artemisia integrifolis L.,Thalictrum squarrosum Steph.ex Willd.,Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz.and erilla frutescens(L.)Britt.Hemerocallis middendorfii Trautv.et Mey.and Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.)Druce were woody potherbs,and Schisandra chinensis was only one vine Potherbs be found in our survey.(2)The distribution density of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance,Artemisia integrifolis L.,Thalictrum squarrosum Steph.ex Willd.,Aralia elata(Miq.)Seem.and Acanthopanax senticosus(Rupr.et Maxim.)Seem.was positively related to accumulated temperature and negatively related to latitude and altitude within certain realms.(3)In this survey,we investigated the living environment of 5 potherbs,they growed better in rich,slight acid forest land which accumulated temperature range from 1900-2950 ?.Heracleum moellendorffii Hance and Artemisia integrifolis L occurred in the altitude below 1450 meters,Aralia elata(Miq.)Seem.and Acanthopanax senticosus(Rupr.et Maxim.)Seem.growed in the altitude between 100 and 700 meters,while,Thalictrum squarrosum Steph.ex Willd.only could be found in the altitude between 100 and 550 meters.(4)Growth environment had influence on accumulation of nutritional components and active matters in 5 potherbs.In this study,fat,polysaccharide and soluble sugar content in 5 wild vegetable showed negative correlation with accumulated temperature.While,soluble protein content was positively related to accumulated temperature.Heracleum moellendorffii Hance,Artemisia integrifolis L,Acanthopanax senticosus(Rupr.et Maxim.)Seem.and Thalictrum squarrosum Steph.ex Willd.contained flavones,the content of flavones decreased with alkali-hydrolysable N and increased withorganic matter,available N and K contents in soil.In addition,Aralia elata(Miq.)Seem.,Heracleum moellendorffii Hance and Acanthopanax senticosus(Rupr.et Maxim.)Seem.contained an active component named as sapoin,its content showed negatively correlation with total N in Aralia elata(Miq.)Seem.and Acanthopanax senticosus(Rupr.et Maxim.)Seem.,while showed Apositively correlation with accumulated temperature and organic matters in Heracleum moellendorffii Hance Moreover,coumarins in Heracleum moellendorffii Hance significantly positively correlated with total N and P content in soil.(5)There was variability among Aralia elata(Miq.)Seem.and Thalictrum squarrosum Steph.ex Willd.origin from different regions in growth duration.The growth duration of Thalictrum squarrosum Steph.ex Willd.from DongNing was longer than other regions,Aralia elata(Miq.)Seem.from DongNing and ACheng total growth period was 151 days and longer than other regions.(6)There was variability among Aralia elata(Miq.)Seem.and Thalictrum squarrosum Steph.ex Willd.origin from different regions in growth duration.The growth duration of Thalictrum squarrosum Steph.ex Willd.from DongNing was longer than other regions,Aralia elata(Miq.)Seem.from DongNing and ACheng total growth period was 151 days and longer than other regions.
