The nutrition ingredient of 6 main maize varieties in Henan province were analysed in this study,and the amino acid digestibility,the nutrient digestibility of 28 day-old,the energy value of different day-old chicks to 6 kinds of maize varieties were measured in vivo method;according to the principle of equivalence digestive enzyme activity,and through ‘Single Stomach Animal Bionic Digestive Apparatus(SDS-Ⅱ)’,6 kinds of maize samples bionic nutrient digestibility,the enzymatic hydrolysate gross energy(EHGE)and amino acid digestibility were determined at the same time.Then the accuracy and relevance of these two assessment methods are discussed to provide reference for rapid assessment on our province nutritional value of poultry feed.The research contens are as follows:1.According to the research and literature data,determine the maize of 6 kinds of main maize products in henan province as test materials,in the maize harvest season,the suitable for maize growth and planting area is the most concentrated area for collecting objects,each maize samples mills can not less than five cities.The same samples in different areas of the collected maize were determined for each maize conventional nutrients and energy,and the single factor variance analysis on the average value of these maize nutrients and the energy were made to get 6 maize varieties in different parts of the conventional nutrients and energy.The results showed that 6 maize varieties conventional component content analysis,the crude protein content size order: ‘Xianyu335’> ‘Zhengdan958’,‘Longping 206’> ‘Denghai 605’> ‘Weike702,Xundan20’;Crude fat content ‘Xianyu335’ the highest,and the rest 5 maize varieties EE difference was not significant;Crude ash content size order for: ‘Zhengdan958’ > ‘Xundan20’ >‘Weike702’>‘Xianyu335’,long ping 206,deng hai605;Dry matter content size order: ‘Weike702’ > ‘Xianyu 335’,zheng dan 958,‘Xundan20’>‘Longping206’,‘Denghai605’;Calcium content on energy value has no significant difference.2.The method of collecting all feces by indicator method in the determination of 6 maize varieties nutrient digestibility,different day-old AA broilers standard ileum amino acid digestibility(SID)and true metabolizable energy(TME).Results showed that six maize varieties digestibility of dry matter,digestibility of organic compounds,the energy digestibility significant differences(P < 0.05),crude protein digestibility and the true metabolizable energy value had not significant difference(P > 0.05);Six maize varieties SID along with the increase of day age have different degrees of lower trend.3.Maize samples is determined of the digestive enzymes and the digestive rate of nutrients,the amino acid the enzymatic hydrolysate gross energy(EHGE)in vitro bionic method.The results showed that 6 maize varieties digestibility of dry matter,digestibility of organic compounds exist significant differences(P < 0.05),crude protein digestibility,samples energy digestibility and the enzymatic hydrolysate energy difference is not significant(P > 0.05);4.Compare the determination of maize samples the nutrient digestibility,the amino acid digestibility and the enzymatic hydrolysate gross energy(EHGE)in vitro method with the determination of the maize samples nutrient digestibility,the standard ileum amino acid digestibility(SID)and true metabolizable energy(TME)with bionic accuracy,investigate the relationship between the two methods.The estimation deviation of six maize varieties enzymatic hydrolysate gross energy(EHGE)in vivo method and ture method turemetabolism energy(TME)with bionic accuracy are both within 10%,the measurement precision of the enzymatic hydrolysate gross energy(EHGE)in vivo method is between 0.21 and 0.86%,and the TEM by animal test method is between 0.98 4.12%,it showes that the measurement precision of bionic method is relatively high,the EHGE with bionic digestive method and the TME by animal experimental method have significant linear relationship(R2 = 0.95)(P < 0.05);the two ileum digestibility of dry matter and organic matter of the correlation coefficient of 0.98,0.97,respectively(P < 0.05),suggesting that the bionic method of evaluation of dry matter,organic matter and energy digestibility and animal experiment to measure correlation value is extremely high.From the relationship between the diet nutrition ingredient and ileum digestibility of nutrients,total energy digestibility mensurated by bionic method and determination of organic matter and crude protein levels by animal experimental method are significantly positive correlation(P < 0.01).
