Rice is the main grain crop in our country.Rice production plays an important role in the national grain production.Heilongjiang Province is one of the national rice commodity grain production base,2016 Heilongjiang Province,rice planting area than the previous year increased by nearly 300 million mu.In the actual production process of rice,building ridge is an important part of rice production mechanization,belonging to the field of rice production.At present,China's rice cultivation is still using the traditional artificial ridge way,due to labor intensity,low efficiency,poor quality of construction ridge,resulting in the effect of the job is difficult to meet the agrochemical requirements of standardized agriculture at this stage.Mechanized ridge technology can be put forward to a large extent,the liberation of labor,improve the quality of operations.At present,the research on the equipment and technology for the soil ridge construction in the paddy field of Heilongjiang is relatively few.The theoretical study on the soil accumulation and repression of the paddy field is still at the initial stage.In order to solve the difficult problem of the ridge construction,this paper elaborates the structure and working principle of the key components of the building,and combines the theoretical analysis,computer simulation and experimental research.And through the test to verify its rationality,functionality and operability.This research mainly carries out the following work:(1)According to the agronomic requirements of paddy field ridging ridging machine,the paper analyzes the working principle of key parts,key components of the rotary cutting device in soil analysis,clear soil on Soil in the effect of dropping machetes in the process design of rotary cutting device structure in soil.(2)Describes the working principle and the ridging device to suppress the dynamic analysis,multi factor analysis of influence of suppression of quality.The establishment of three-dimensional model of suppression device,and analyzes it in the operation of the force,satisfying repression parts can roll forward working conditions,according to agronomic ridge size requirements,the structure design of repression components.(3)By using the discrete element method and the simulation software EDEM,the virtual simulation experiment is carried out for the rotary cutting soil collecting device.The soil is set to soil tillage in Northeast China,using the related theories of soil physics and mechanics,the simplified rotary cutting soil collection device job sampling knife on soil particle effect force model to soil physical parameters,the stress state of soil in effect and the knife roller side Fang Pao throw distance,spin state of soil particle after operation after the analysis of the cut.(4)The experiment of rotary cutting and soil compaction was carried out on the test bed of the soil bin to investigate the influence of the forward speed of the machine tool and the speed of the tool roll on the torque of the cutter and the distance of the soil behind the soil.The application of Design-Expert 6.0.10 data processing software for processing and analysis of test data,the machine speed and Daogun speed as the constraint condition,the multi-objective optimization method for model optimization,to meet the minimum torque and the knife roller reached the optimum combination of factors of standard soil ridge requirements.(5)The design of repression ridging device operating parameters dynamic testing system,the strain sensing measuring principle,design the test platform of kinetic parameters,suppression of the ridging device dynamics test.The pinna force and built solid random variation with ridge forward speed and speed of the soil compacting device through the experiment,provide a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the machine pressing device.(6)The spatial arrangement of paddy field ridge building prototype with reasonable structure,compact structure,the components of normal operation,and ridging paddy field experiment.To build the ridge random sampling points and the performance index test,test results show that the construction can meet the standard of the agronomic requirements of the ridge.
