The existing paddy field construction machines in my country have problems such as large power loss,unsteady construction of the paddy fields,and serious wear and tear of machine tools,and there are certain differences in the soil characteristics of paddy fields in different regions.In order to solve the above problems,this paper chooses the method of combining the theoretical analysis and experimental verification of the construction machine to explore the interaction mechanism between the construction machine and the soil during the operation.The main contents of this study are as follows:(1)According to agronomic requirements,complete machine structure design is carried out for the ridge,the working principle of the ridge construction machine is explained,and the stress analysis of its key components is carried out to determine the suppression of the ridge construction device and the selective cutting and collection of soil Based on the three-dimensional structure of the device,the theoretical calculation results of the operating parameters such as the motion path and soil borrowing width of the rotary tiller of the rotary cutting soil collecting device are obtained.(2)Taking the cultivated soil in Wuhan,Hubei as the research object,considering the plastic behavior of the soil and the cohesion between the particles during the construction of the ridge machine,the soil particle contact model for the construction of paddy fields was established by measuring the performance parameters of the soil Provide data support.(3)The discrete element method is used to establish the ridge construction machine-soil interaction model,to explore the mechanism of the key component of the ridge construction machine and the action mechanism of the soil,and to simulate the simulation and analysis of the stage of soil dumping and construction of the ridge construction,and obtain the operation process of the machine tool The change law of the force and working torque with time in the paper explores the influence of the structural parameters of the suppression ridge construction device on the performance of the ridge construction,and seeks the optimal combination of structural parameters of the ridge construction device.(4)Take the working parameters of the bundling machine as the test factor,the firmness of the field and the working torque of the tool are the evaluation indicators,and the single-factor and multi-factor virtual simulation tests of the construction machine are carried out to explore different working parameters The impact on the performance of the construction machine.The results of orthogonal test are optimized by response surface method to find the optimal working parameter combination that meets the performance requirements of the ridge.(5)Design and carry out the torque calibration test and the elastic vane force calibration test of the suppression ridge construction device,and establish the mathematical model of torque measurement and positive pressure on the vane.The field experiment of the built ridge machine verifies the correctness of the optimized results of the virtual simulation test.The experimental results show that all the shape parameters of the built field ridge have reached the technical index.Compared with the simulation results,the relative error of the output torque of the suppression ridge construction device is 4.77%,and the relative error of the field ridge solidity is 6.77%,which meets the agronomic requirements of the paddy field construction operation.
