| The northern Anhui region is an important producing area of China’s major agricultural products,and plays an important role in the food of Anhui Province.But excessive water,fertilizer,medicine investment,not only caused by increased production costs of grain,lower efficiency,but also caused deterioration of rural ecological environment,increased exogenous sources of pollution.In order to improve the utilization efficiency of agricultural organic wastes and the benefit of agricultural planting in northern Anhui,the effect of fertilizer reduction and efficiency and land use efficiency was improved.In this study,corn fertilizer was developed on Shajiang black soil in Yongqiao District,Organic alternative and bio-organic alternative field experiment,the best proportion of organic manure substitution and the best proportion of bio-organic fertilizer substitution were discussed in order to provide technical support for the reduction and cultivation of maize fertilizer in northern Anhui.Research indicates:1.The proportion of organic alternatives to fertilizers has a significant effect on maize growth,dry matter accumulation and yield.Fertilization can significantly increase the dry matter accumulation and yield of maize,and the effect of different organic fertilizer substitutes on maize growth and yield is different.The dry matter accumulation of maize was 369.1g/plant and 368.0g respectively,and the accumulation of dry matter in maize was 369.1g/plant and 368.Og,respectively.The dry matter accumulation of maize was higher than that of organic fertilizer + 80%fertilizer(OF80)and chemical fertilizer(CK1)The SPAD values of the leaves at the booting stage were 59.1 and 61.2 respectively.The corn yield was relatively high,up to 628.1kg/667m2 and 644.8kg/667m2 with organic fertilizer + 100%fertilizer(OF100)and OF80.The application of organic manure and chemical fertilizers improves the yield of maize by increasing the number of grains per plant,the number of grains per spike and the grain weight.2,organic fertilizer can significantly improve the nutritional status of corn nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium,nitrogen fertilizer use efficiency and nitrogen productivity.Fertilization can significantly increase the nutrient uptake of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in maize,and the uptake of maize in the harvest period is relatively high,up to 3.06g/plant.The phosphorus uptake of maize is relatively high with organic fertilizer(OF),CK1 and OF80,The potassium uptake of maize was relatively high at OF80,which was 3.85 g/plant.The results showed that the partial productivity of nitrogen fertilizer was 42.5%and 15.3 kg/kgN,respectively,which were 9.2%and 4.6 kg/kgN,respectively.3,organic fertilizer can significantly improve the physical and chemical properties of sand ginger black soil and fertility status.In the short term,the application of fertilizer had no significant effect on the pH value of sand ginger,but the pH of organic matter was lower.In the maize growth period,the organic matter content of Shajiang black soil was relatively high,reaching 11.1g/kg;the total nitrogen was relatively higher in OF100 treatment,reaching 0.874g/kg;alkali nitrogen was treated with OF80 relatively high,reaching 81.7 Mg/kg;available phosphorus,available potassium to CK1 treatment is relatively high.The effect of organic fertilizer on the growth of maize,the accumulation of dry matter,the amount of nutrient uptake and the fertility of Shajiang black soil are similar to those of organic fertilizer.The yield of maize was 638.2kg/667m2 and 642.9kg/667m2,respectively,and the yield of maize was higher than that of bio-organic fertilizer + 80%fertilizer(BOF80)and bio-organic fertilizer + 100%fertilizer(BOF100).Fertilizer bio-organic substitution by increasing the number of corn spike and 1000-grain weight,increase maize yield.The SPAD of leaves at booting stage and the nutrient uptake of maize were significantly higher than that of BOF80.The contents of organic matter,total nitrogen and total potassium in Shajiang black soil were higher than those in BOF80 and BOF100.The content of alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen in Shajiang black soil was relatively high(82.5mg/kg).The available phosphorus content in Shajiang black soil The results showed that the available K content of CK1 and BOF80 in Shajiang black soil were relatively high,the values were 240mg/kg and 234mg/kg respectively.5,northern Anhui maize in the application of 100kg of organic fertilizer or bio-organic fertilizer per 667m2,20%reduction in fertilizer,corn production is not reduced,corn nutritional conditions have improved,Shajiang black soil fertility has improved,to organic alternative Or bio-organic alternative to achieve fertilizer reduction is feasible.Considering the application of organic fertilizer + 80%fertilizer(OF80)or bio-organic fertilizer + 80%fertilizer(BOF80)in northern Anhui maize fertilizer is more suitable. |
