High voltage static electricity makes the droplet charged. Based on the principle of electrostatic induction,target surface induces opposite charges,forming the electric field in the space,the droplets in motion do directional movement and adsorption on the target under its own gravity and the dual function of electric field force. Electrostatic spraying improves droplet penetration, the coverage of the target surface on the opposite side, which greatly improves the spray effect. So it is of great significance in studying of the target surface. The electrostatic spraying is mainly by means of accelerating of droplet under electric field and droplet surround effect to improve the spraying efficiency. In this paper, based on the design of the spray device, the relevant factors of the electrostatic spray coverage are analyzed from the establishment of the electrostatic spray field. Have included:(1) Under the engineering background of the agricultural electrostatic spraying, a high pressure generator is designed. Including adjustable voltage regulator module, high voltage booster module, feedback module, and the performance test is carried out, including the output voltage test and load performance test, the performance is good. The instrument is voltage step adjustable and output 0~40KV. The adding of the voltage feedback module improves the voltage stability, which can be used for electrostatic spraying.(2)The charging effect of high voltage generator is studied. Analysis the factors that effect the charge mass ratio. Evaluate the result of charging from two sides of charge to mass ratio and droplet current signal stability. Test found that under contact type charging, with charging voltage 25 kV, maximum charge mass ratio was obtained, and current signal variance is 0.05, current is in the stable range, so the high voltage generator has good charging result.(3)Preliminary exploration of plant electrical parameters is conducted. Determine the use of LCR impedance measuring instrument for plant physiological capacitance measuring. The experiment is conducted to determine the electrophysiological parameters of pepper seedlings. The results show that the dielectric constant of the leaf is the lowest at noon and the dielectric constant is higher at night than in the morning.(4)The electrostatic spray test are carried out through the electronic spraying system which is consisted of high voltage generator designed and 3WBJ-15 DB multifunction electrostatic sprayer spray system. Orthogonal test is arranged to explore the effect of charge mass ratio, spray height and blade dielectric constant on the effect of electrostatic spray. Results show that on the positive coverage rate of the blade, the influence degree is the charge mass ratio, the spray height and the leaf dielectric constant. On the back of the cover, the influence degree is the charge mass ratio, the dielectric constant and the spray height. Determine the optimal combination for electrostatic spray are the charged voltage 26 KV, spray height 350 mm, spray time to close to 5PM.
