In Liaoning province,based on the cultivated area,the main food crops has changed from the sorghum,millet,corn,soybeans,wheat,rice and potato for early years of the new nation,into the corn,rice,soybean,potato,sorghum,millet,wheat.The corn planting area occupy absolute advantage.Main crops such as corn on planting patterns are implemented seed,most areas are corn crop year after year,cause the loss of cultivated land quality,lower yield,quality becomes worse,reproductive condition,form continuous cropping obstacle,among different crop rotation is the best preventive measures,continuous cropping obstacle is the combination of utilizing land while maintaining a biological measure.The advantageous to the balanced use of soil nutrients and the prevention and treatment of disease,insect and weeds,also can effectively improve the physical and chemical properties of soil,and regulate the soil fertility.Sustainable agriculture is the development trend in 21st century,and it is the agricultural technology choice around the world.In order to develop the sustainable agriculture,recent years in some region of Fuxin,Liaoning province,Changtu,the main promotion are(1)Peanuts,spring corn and spring corn,spring wheat cropping soybean;(2)Spring corn,spring wheat cropping soybean,spring after planting corn,peanut;(3)The effect of the potato after transplanting maize-spring wheat planting corn,peanuts,spring corn;(4)Spring wheat cropping soybean-spring after planting corn,peanuts,four years a cycle of spring corn crop rotation cropping system.These four kinds of crop rotation,there are three kinds of corn seedling transplanting,transplanting time only 3-5 days,time tight task,must be mechanized transplanting,Laid the drip irrigation belt at the same time,guarantee the slow rate of seedlings.Existing transplanting machine were not drip irrigation tape laying device,this paper through to the drip irrigation tape laying technology at home and abroad research status and development trend analysis,design and development and laboratory existing flexible disc type transplanting machine monomer to match a set of drip irrigation tape laying device,experiment validation studies.Device mainly includes the drip irrigation belt hanging device,guiding pulley,furrow opener.The design requirements are simple,convenient for installation,and the drip irrigation belt reel can freely rotate,drip irrigation belt after reel rotation automatically output.Furrow opener working resistance is small,has the ability of automatic back to earth,along with the extrusion of seedlings suppress wheel turns the soil to soil back to drip irrigation belt.Of drip irrigation tape laying device in this paper,theoretical analysis,3 D modeling,the modal analysis of some key components,and product the prototype.Tension test was carried out for different drip irrigation belt to ensure the tractor drip irrigation belt using the electronic universal testing machine.In order to meet the drip irrigation tape laying requirements,through the tension test finally chose the most suitable drip irrigation belt.With the operation speed of 0.1 m/s-0.7 m/s,the observation of drip irrigation belt from the volume within the range of the plate to the guide,to ensure smooth output of the drip irrigation belt,and under the tractor traction would not going to be pulled snapped.In the Shenyang Agricultural University Agricultural Machine Testing Laboratory,the field trail was produced in the soil-bin.The furrow deepness and the tractor speed were selected as the experimental factors.The drip irrigation belt with the thickness of 2.5mm was selected as the experiment object.Firstly,the distance between the drip irrigation zone and the distance of the drip irrigation zone from the horizontal ground was used as the test index to carry out the second general rotation combination test,and two field parameters of the corn transplanting machine were established by the two factors of the machine walking speed and the depth of the opener.Regression equation,and through the analysis of variance,the regression model was fitted and significant test.The optimum parameters for the drip irrigation plant are 0.45m/s and the depth of the ditch is 12cm.At this time,the soil cover is 1239g and the height of the drip irrigation is 10.91cm.Experiments show that the prototype work in the process of reliable performance in agricultural production can be safe and reliable work.
