Weeds are a major harm to the new afforestation of Camellia oleifera in the southerm hilly red soil area.Weed control is an important measure to improve the survival rate of new afforestation and promote the growth of young trees.The study on the occurrence rule of weeds in Camellia oleifera forest and the effect of different weeding methods in Camellia oleifera forest are basically blank.This study is based on the observation of the occurrence of weeds in Camellia oleifera young plantation,which set the film weeding,mowing stubble-mulch,chemical weeding,blank control 4 treatments.The effects of different weeding methods on weed growth,soil physical and chemical properties and the growth and development of Camellia oleifera were studied in this article.The aim of this study is to explore the effective weeding methods of Camellia oleifera forest land and provide scientific theoretical guidance for practical production.The main findings are as follows:(1)In the typical southern hilly red soil area of Camellia oleifera.There are many kinds of weeds,and they breed fast,there are 22 families and 43 species of weeds in Camellia oleifera forest.Grass weeds accounted for 23%of the total number of weeds,Broadleaf weeds accounted for 77%of the total number of weeds,There are 9 kinds of annual weeds,accounting for about 21%of the total number of weeds,there are 34 kind of perennial weeds,accounting for the total number of weeds in the number of 79%.(2)The 3 methods could effectively inhibit the growth of weeds,but the effect of plastic film mulching was not significant(P>0.05),In contrast,the effect of mowing stubble-mulch and chemical weeding on weeds was more significant.(3)Mowing stubble-mulch can improve 0-20cm soil pH value 5.9%,5.5%improved 20-40cm soil pH value,compared with film mulching weeding,chemical weeding,blank treatment,mowing stubble-mulch for soil pH-worth additional significant difference(P<0.05).(4)Mowing stubble mulch can improve moisture content 2.3%in 0-20cm soil mowing stubble mulch can increase 2.7%moisture content in 20-40cm soil,chemical weeding can increase 7.2%moisture content in 0-20cm soil,chemical weeding can increase 5.8%moisture content in 20-40cm soil,the change of film mulching was not significant,but the moisture content of the blank control was decreased obviously.For the effect of soil water content.chemical weeding>mowing stubble-mulch>film weeding>Blank control.(5)Mowing stubble-mulch can reduce the soil bulk density of 15.2%in 0-20cm layer,mowing stubble-mulch can reduce the soil bulk density of 16.4%in 20-40cm layer,chemical weeding can reduce the soil bulk density of 15%in 0-20cm layer,chemical weeding can reduce the soil bulk density of 14%in 20-40cm soil layer,The soil bulk density was not changed with the control of film mulching and blank control.For the reduction of soil bulk density and the improvement of soil porosity,Mowing stubble-mulch>chemical weeding>film weeding>Blank control.(6)mowing stubble-mulch's content of soil organic matter,available nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium in 0-20cm soil layer were respectively,better than blank control 12.36%,14.56%,36.46%and 10.28%,mowing stubble-mulch's content of soil organic matter,available nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium in the 20-40cm soil layer were respectively better than blank control 14.2%,12.98%,42.45%and 10.40%,Chemical weeding control can maintain the soil organic matter content does not decline,and the impact on the 0-20cm soil layer and 20-40cm soil layer are similar.Improvement of soil fertility's effects:mowing stubble-mulch>chemical weeding>film weeding>Blank control.(7)Mowing stubble-mulch promoted the growth and development of young Camellia oleifera,The spring tree height growth,summer crown width growth,spring ground diameter growth and summer ground diameter growth,spring shoot diameter,and summer shoot diameter mowing stubble-mulch is the most obvious advantage,which are higher than blank contro1100%?118.18%?48.02%?63.70%?25.15%?19.93%;chemical weeding control could also promote the growth and development of tea tree,but it was not significant(P>0.05).However,the film mulching weeding and blank control had no effect on the growth and development of the young tree,Therefore,the growth and development of Camellia oleifera:mowing stubble-mulch>chemical weeding>film weeding>Blank control.
