The Canine gastric ulcer's clinical symptoms are as follows:loss of appetite,weakness,anemia,black stool,etc.Oral administration is often used in clinical treatment.However,taking medical treatment for a long time will exacerbate anemia,leading to deterioration of the disease;injection of antibiotics not only disrupt the normal flora in the stomach but also can not directly reach the focus.The enteral nutrition preparation can directly reach the lesion,and play the role of nutritional support and inhibit ulcer.Enteral nutrition is widely used in China,and has been recognized.However,there are seldom reports which related to enteral nutrition in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction in canine.The composition of enteral nutrition is clear.Therefore,this is an important basis for this experiment.The mixture of enteral nutrition is flexible,so there is no need for chemical digestion or only a small amount of digestive juice can be absorbed.It provides nutrients for the body.In this study,amino acid type enteral nutrition solution and short peptide enteral nutrition liquid will be made in the first time.We will experiment with mice and analyze the effects of low dose group,middle dose group and high dose group on the weight of mice.Then we will be able to select the most effective nutrients in the intestines.The results showed in this experiments are as follows:Every 1000ml Enteral Nutritional Suspension contains soybean peptide 160 g?Glutamine acid 4 g?Arginine 2 g,maltodextrin 650 g,dietary fiber 60 g,mineral mixture 10 g,vitamin mixture 35 g.Gastric ulcer model was prepared by two methods.We will use soybean oligopeptides Intragastric administration to gavage for three days.And then,the gastric tissue was taken for pathological examination.The results showed that in the model group,the lamina propria of the gastric mucosa was severely damaged;Structural disorder was disappeared and the lamina propria of gastric mucosa was clear and complete in the enteral nutrition group.The enteral nutrition preparation in this study applies to animal clinic,and was regarded as an adjuvant therapy for gastric ulcer in canine.The cure rate of canine gastric ulcer was 86.67%.To avoid the use of antibiotics for a long time could shorten the treatment course of gastric ulcer.At the same time,the treatment cost is not too high,while the usage of clinical is high.
