This experiment was carried out in agronomy experiment station of Shandong Agricultural University,State Key Laboratory of Crop Biology(Shandong Agricultural University)in 2015~2016.Under field conditions,“jimai22” was the experimental material,this experiment aimed to study the peanut under the same planting density and research the effects of the row spacing of wheat on the growth characteristics,physiological characteristics,yield and quality in intercropped peanut with peanut cultivars of Shanhua108(early maturing variety)and 780-15(late maturing variety),three kinds of the row spacing of wheat were set up 25 cm,30 cm,(40 cm + 20 cm).By studying the effects of the row spacing of wheat on the physiological characteristics,yield and quality in intercropped peanut.We Compared the difference between the intercropped peanut and summer peanut.And clearly choiced the best of the row spacing of intercropped peanut.As well as Provided technical guidance for peanut agricultural production and mechanized agricultural operation.The main research results were as follows:1.The effects of the row spacing of wheat on the growth characteristics in intercropped peanutWe widened the row spacing of wheat and wide-narrow row planting pattern,as well as the main stem height and branch length of peanut varieties Shanhua 108 became the tendency of increasing,the main stem height and branch length of peanut that varieties 780-15 became the tendency of decreasing;intercropped peanut's the amounts of dry matter accumulation and leaf area index were incressed.In conclusion that development of intercropped peanut,widened the row spacing of wheat and wide-narrow row planting pattern could promote the growth of intercropped peanut vigorous vegetation.2.The effects of the row spacing of wheat on the physiological characteristics in intercropped peanutWe widened the row spacing of wheat and wide-narrow row planting pattern,intercropped peanut had higher chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and the root activity,and we increased leaf NR,antioxidant enzyme activity,while we decreased the MDA contents.In conclusion that development of intercropped peanut,widened the row spacing of wheat and wide-narrow row planting pattern could improve the chlorophyll content in leaves,delay longer photosynthesis,promote the transformation of Nitrate-N strength as well as speed,absorb a large amount of nutrients from the soil,delay the senescence of leaves,and provide sufficient guarantee for the late yield.3.The effects of the row spacing on wheat?peanut yield and it is componentsWe widened the row spacing of wheat.Wheat had higher spike number and grain number per spike and 1000-grain weigh.To widen the row spacing of wheat,the grain yield of wheat increased 18.89%.As for wide-narrow row planting pattern,wheat had lower spike number,but had higher 1000-grain weigh.The grain yield of wheat were droped1.53%,had not significant difference.Without affecting the yield of Wheat,shelling rate and pods per plants were increased and pods per kg were decreased by widening the row spacing of wheat.Pod yield of intercropped peanut increased significantly.Pod yield increased 15.42% in Shanhua108;780-15 were 14.61%.Shelling rate,pods per plants and yield were increased by wide-narrow row planting pattern.Pod yield of intercropped peanut increased significantly.Pod yield increase 6.31% in Shanhua 108;780-15 were 13.32%.Compared with the summer peanut,pod yield of intercropped peanut increased 23.01% in Shanhua 108.780-15were15.57%.It is proved that development of intercropped peanut has more advantages than summer peanut in pod yield.4.The effects of the row spacing of wheat on seed quality of intercropped peanutThe content of soluble and O/L in the kernel of intercropped peanut were increased by widening the row spacing of wheat and wide-narrow row planting pattern.Compared with780-15,the kernel of intercropped peanut in Shanhua 108 had higher the content of soluble and O/L.Analysis of protein content and fat content in the kernel of intercropped peanut showed no consistent regularity.Analysis of the main eight kinds of fatty acids,there were nosignificant differences among various treatments.It is explained that widened the row spacing of wheat and wide-narrow row planting pattern can prolong shelf-life.There were no significant differences on seed quality under different the row spacing of wheat.The planting pattern of summer peanut increased the content of soluble,the content of protein and decreased the content of fat,O/L.
