This paper focuses on how to standardize the cultivation of Pinellia ternata under the walnut forest,by measuring the microclimate characteristics of walnut forests,including soil moisture,soil temperature,light intensity,atmospheric humidity,based on the comparison of Pinellia ternata In different producing areas from the aspects of agronomic traits,active ingredient content and yield of Pinellia ternata.It could provide scientific theoretical basis for the promotion of Pinellia ternata cultivation under walnut forest.The contents of the study and the conclusions are as follows:Walnut field microclimate regular pattern:atmospheric relative humidity was "U",which decreased to a minimum at 14:00;Walnut trees and Pinellia ternata intercropping significantly reduced the soil temperature;planting Pinellia ternata soil temperature is lower than vacancy;In the depth of soil between 0~25 cm,with the depth of deepening,soil temperature gradually reduced;soil water content decreased first and then decreased at 8:00 to 18:00,vacancy was lower than that of Pinellia ternata;In the soil depth between 0~25 cm,with the depth of deepening,soil moisture content increased.The results of different Pinellia ternata species under the walnut garden showed that there was no significant difference in the plant height of Pinellia ternata,and the longest distance from the tubers is Sichuan,and Guizhou Pinellia ternata is the shortest.The contents of polysaccharides of Pinellia ternata were consistent,that is,September>August>July.Total alkaloid content of the relationship between was Sichuan Pinellia ternata>Guizhou Pinellia ternata>Yijun Pinellia ternata>Henan Pinellia ternata>Hebei Pinellia ternata.The content of water-soluble extract in Yijun was the highest,Sichuan was the lowest.The total alkaloid content in Pinellia ternata was August>September>July,the difference was not significant,but the trend was consistent.The relationship between the size of the tuber and the depth of planting:The deeper the planting depth,the earlier emergence rate was slower,but had no significant effect on the total emergence number;There was a positive correlation between the depth of planting and the distance from the tuber,and never plant height;Pinellia ternata polysaccharides and water-soluble extracts increase with depth;The total alkaloid content of Pinellia ternata at depth of 15 cm and 20 cm was significantly higher than that at 5 cm,indicating that the depth of planting was increased,which was beneficial to the accumulation of total organisms;There was no significant difference in the yield per acre;Planting depth of 15 cm to 20 cm,conducive to the accumulation of active ingredients. |
