Sparassis Crispa is a kind of precious medicinal and edible fungi rich in beta glucan(SCG).It is health abundant in nutrition and with care function. The economic prospect is promising with the enhancement of people's awareness of health life.In this paper,it mainly studies Hydrangea strains Sc-01 from following perspectives including cultivation media, basic cultivation parameter, temperature and nutrient composition test and etc.Below are some Key Findings:1.The addition of corn flour to the culture medium had a significant effect on the mycelial growth rate.It grows faster when the addition ranges from 5.0%-15.0%,and reaches the highest at 10.43%,which also promotes the primordium formation. In the test range, with the increase of the amount of wheat bran, the mycelial growth rate decreases.Excessive bran does not contribute to its growth. With the addition of bran, the rate of primordium formation decreases. It also shows that adding flour in the culture medium has a significant effect on the mycelial growth rate. When the amount of flour added is among 6%-12%,the mycelial growth rate is higher, and reaches the highest when the amount of flour was 8.33%,and meanwhile primordium formation rate is higher when the addition of corn flour ranges among6%-18%.The results showed that the corn cob was not conducive to the growth of mycelial, and the addition of corncob was not beneficial to the formation of primordia.2.Within the test range, grade size has no significant influence on crispa mycelium but fine sawdust promotes primordium formation. The mycelial growth rate reaches the highest when the packing density is 0.578×10-3kg/m3.When the water content is 66.32%,it also reaches the highest, and the rate of formation of the coccus primordium is the largest when the moisture content of the substrate is 60.0%-65.0%.When the water content is below or above this range, the rate of formation of the primordium of the coccus decreases. It suggests that matrix conversion rate is the highest as cultivation bags with the size of150×300mm×0.05 mm are applied.3.Test on temperature: the test result shows that crispa mycelium grows faster in the temperature of 22?-26?,and shows an uptrend in 18?-24?,while downtrend above 24?.It reaches the highest in 24.11 ?,and the most appropriate temperature for primordiumformation is 22?.4.It tests the content of the crude fiber, ash, crude polysaccharide, crude fat, fatty acids, protein, mineral element content, the content of heavy metals, amino acid type and its content as well.In conclusion,it is suggested from the study that sparassis crispa is abundant in nutrient. The content of amino acids and mineral elements are in appropriate proportion for human body to take in.The content of heavy metal does not exceed the national standard.
