This experiment was designed to study the effect of glucose oxidase, starch and their interaction on yellow feacher broiler growth performance and its mechanism. The study was designed by two-factor completely randomized,600 28-day-old yellow-feathered chicken were randomly divided into four treatments with five replicates of 30, male and female each half. Group Ⅰ was the control group and fed the basal diet, group Ⅱ add glucose oxidase, Group Ⅲ add starch Group Ⅳ add starch and glucose oxidase. The trail lasts 28 days. After the experiment, calculated the average daily gain (ADG), average daily feed intake(ADFI), feed/gain(F/G) each group and at the end of the day of the test selected a male and a female chicken whose body weight close to the average weight slaughter from each repeated group randomly for the detection blood serum total protein, alkaline phosphatase, creatine kinase, Duodenum, jejunum and ileum reserved for the detection of intestinal morphology cecum contents were reserved for the detection of the E. coli, Salmonella, Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium number.①Effect of glucose oxidase and starch on growth performance of yellow-feathered chicken does not exist interaction relationship. Glucose oxidase significant increased average daily feed intake and average daily gain (P<0.05), having a trend that improve the feed conversion ratio (P<0.1); starch significant increased the average daily gain (P<0.05), having raising the average daily feed intake trend (P<0.1).②Starch significant increased the content of total protein, IgA, IgM and T3 of yellow Broilers (P<0.05), having trend that increased T4 content (P<0.1); glucose oxidase significant increased the activity of alkaline phosphatase(P< 0.05), significant increased the content of glucose, IgA, IgF-1, IgM, IgG, T3, T4 and GH (P<0.05), significant reduced the activity of creatine kinase (P<0.05); effect of glucose oxidase and starch on activity of creatine kinase, the content of triglyceride, IgF-1, IgM, GH of activity exist interactions relationship. Effect of glucose oxidase and starch on yellow feather broilers immune organ index does not exist interaction relationship. Starch and glucose oxidase were significantly increased spleen index of yellow chicken (P<0.05).③Glucose oxidase significant reduced the number of E. coli in cecal (P<0.05), significant increased the number of the cecum lactobacilli and bifidobacteria (P <0.05), having tend that reduced Salmonella (P<0.1); starch significant reduced the number of E. coli in cecum (P<0.05), significant reduces the number of lactobacilli (P <0.05). Glucose oxidase and starch affect the number of Salmonella in broilers exist interaction relationship (P<0.05), and glucose oxidase and starch affect the number of lactobacilli in broilers having a trend that exist interaction relationship (P<0.1)Glucose oxidase significant reduced the duodenum and jejunum pH (P<0.05), glucose oxidase and starch on the impact of pH of the intestinal in broiler tract does not exist interaction relationship.④Starch significant improves the VH jejunum and VH/CD of ileum (P <0.05), having trend that increased ileal VH (P<0.1); glucose oxidase significant increased the yellow-feathered chicken duodenum, jejunum and ileum villus height (P <0.05), significant reduced duodenal crypt depth (P<0.05), significant increased the duodenum, jejunum and ileum VH/CD (P<0.05), having trend that lower jejunum and ileal crypt depth (P<0.1); the effect that glucose oxidase and starch on height of villi having the trend that exist interaction relationship (P<0.1).The results showed that:glucose oxidase added to broiler diets, the ADG and ADFI of broilers increased; the content of Immunoglobulin and alkaline phosphatase activity were increased; restraining the E. coli, stimulating Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium; reducing broiler duodenum pH increase broiler duodenum and jejunum VH/CD, starch and glucose oxidase exist interaction effects about intestinal microflora and intestinal morphology of the 28-56 day Lingnan Yellow Broilers, starch can effectively promote glucose oxidase play a relevant effect.
