In order to investigate the effects of fertilization on the improvement of root-soil system vertical distributions of wheat in immature loess subsoil, wheat were planted in root canals, which height is 100 cm.(1) Research on wheat, three kinds of fertilizers were respectively applied (A=N:P:K=1:0.5:0.5;B=N:P:K=1:0.75:0.5;C=N:P:K=1:0.75:0.75,and the CK is represent blank soil that no fertilizer),with the same soil layers of fertilizing, around the wheat root soil enzymes in the soil, soil nutrient and soil fertility.(2) Research in 5 soil depth (0-20 cm,20-40 cm,40-60 cm,60-80 cm,80-100 cm, and no fertilizer controlled CK), applying the same fertilizer (A, B, C, ratio of three different proportion of fertilizer) on wheat, the influence of rhizosphere soil enzymes in the soil, soil nutrient and soil fertility. The determination of indicators including rhizospheric soil enzymes (urease, alkaline phosphatase, sucrase), and rhizospheric soil nutrition (available nitrogen, available phosphorus and organic matter) were investigated. The results showed that (1) Fertilization promoted significantly root development, increased rhizospheric soil enzymes activities and soil nutrition compared with CK and blank soil. Illustrates the fertilization have an accelerating effect on improve loess parent material of raw soil fertility, opposite the maturation of land (2) For wheat, applying the same fertilizer in different soil layers (three kinds of different proportion of fertilizer N, P, K), Studies have found that fertilization in deep soil layer (40-60 cm? 60-80 cm ? 80-100 cm), soil enzyme activity and soil nutrient to be significantly higher than fertilization in shallow soil. In 80-100 cm, soil enzyme and soil nutrients reached the maximum. The deep fertilization is more helpful in improving soil fertility in Loess. (3) For wheat, In the same depth of soil applied three kinds of inorganic fertilizer (A, B, C fertilizer), the C fertilizer(N:P:K= 1:0.75:0.75) is the best fertilizer took advantages of inducing improving rhizospheric soil enzymes activities and soil nutrition, the B fertilizer(N:P:K=1:0.75:0.5) is the next and the A fertilizer(N:P:K= 1:0.5:0.5) is bad. So it can be determined that under the same depth of fertilizer application, applying C fertilizer can improve soil enzyme activity and soil nutrient content in the rhizosphere soil. (4) Compared with CK and blank soil, fertilization increased rhizospheric soil enzymes activities and soil nutrition. The C fertilizer was applied in 80-100 cm soil layer, which was beneficial to the increase of soil enzyme activity and the increase of soil nutrient content in wheat rhizosphere soil. So it is beneficial to the maturation of immature loess subsoil.
