| Sanguisorba Linn.belongs to Rosaceae's perennial herbs,the development and utilization of the genus is mainly in medicinal function,as the value of landscape plant discovered,Medicinal ornamental plants are sought after in the market. Therefore,most species of Sanguisorba L. has the potential to be medicinal ornamental plants.However,report about Sanguisorba Linn, in Sichuan has not been conducted.And for this,this article using the wild Sanguisorba Linn in Sichuan as material,with the aid of field investigation GIS technology?introducted observation and biostatistics etc.,conducted the research of germplasm resources,biological characteristics of representative plants which introducted from three different natively.The main results are as follows:1.Wild plants of the genus Sanguisorba distribute widespread in Sichuan,It have 3 species and 2 varieties now,they are follows:S.officinalis?S.filiformis?S.alpina? S.officinalis var.longifolia? S.officinalis var.glandulosa.The spatial distribution imbalance,western sichuan include Liangshan?Ganzhi?Aba have the most species and largest resources. S.filiformis is widely distributed in western sichuan plateau,S.officinalis is widely distributed in other parts of the province;S.officinalis? S.officinalis var. longifolia and S.officinalis var. Glandulosa distributed at an altitude of 350?3800m range.S.filiformis?S.alpina?distributed at an altitude of 2600-4800m range.2.Effect of the temperature of plants of the genus Sanguisorba distribution was the best remarkable, next to distributed precipitation.The Sanguisorba Linn, in Western Sichuan Plateau update are in good condition,but have been impaired in sichuan within other agricultural areas.3.The texure of Sanguisorba officinalis seeds are quite hardness,and are yellow-grey or brown-black.The weight is 2.43g per thousand-granule,412 grains per gram,belong to tiny seed. The dormancy of Sanguisorba officinalis belong to mechanical testa dormancy. Soaking with normal temperature water for 24h is best, the percentage of browning is 89.33%, the germination potential is 80.67%. Soaking with 200mg/l gibberllin,the percentage of browning is 77%, the germination potential is 69.11%. The cost that Soaking with normal temperature water is low, the method is simple, can use in actual production.4.From the zoige, santai,shehong three places introducte wild Sanguisorba officinalis,the highest germination rate, germination potential of Sanguisorba officinalis from shehong, were 80.90%,68.43% respectively.The highest survival rate of Sanguisorba officinalis from santai is 98.6%.5.Under the condition of cultivation,Sanguisorba officinalis from zoige goes to stage in germination in March,flower season May?August,fruit peiod July-September, growth cycle March?October; Sanguisorba officinalis from antai and shehong go to stage in germination in April,flower season July?September,fruit peiod August?September,growth cycle April?November. Accumulation of Sanguisorba officinalis plant height of growth present "slow-fast-slow" curve, not only by seed propagation, it can cut roots of asexual reproduction. Strong adaptability, disease resistance ability.All time include flowering, life cycle and duration are longer than wild plants, compact plant type,flower quantity is various,with high ornamental value.6.Plants of the genus Sanguisorba show natural beauty,dynamic of inflorescence and diversity of ornamental characteristics of the plant type,flower type,flower color,leaf shape,leaf color, etc.They are suitable for configurated with trees, shrubs, wild flowers, the health care plant, lawn grass and Widely used in medical ornamental plant species-divided gardens, waterfront greening, roof greening, garden greening, road greening, architectural sketch greening. |
