The finite element analysis was carried out on the key parts, and make the prototype to verify the performance of chassis. The key technologies involved include:mechanism design of adjusting the gap, mechanism design of adjusting the wheelspan, and the The transmission system design.First, research existing tractor structure and the methods of the wheelspan and gap adjustment, and analysis of the existing problems. Design the scheme of the chassis, using the left and right bridge. Wheelspan adjustment is realized through the left and right side of the bridge sliding around, and the gap adjustment is realized through the rotation of the bridge arm. And design the bridge linkage coordination to achieve four wheels on the ground. Then design the transmission system on the basis of the two side bridge structure.Secondly, based on the tractor chassis scheme, according to the requirements of vehicle performance, researching the clutch and the differential, design the chassis parts structure and technology parameters.Thirdly, Using finite element analysis method, analysis the reliability of the chassis. As a stress and important part, with no experience to reference, the side bridge is the key components of stress analysis. Researching the stress distribution of the bridge, and processing the model, dividing the mesh of the model, analysis the static force of the bridge. And optimize the design of the bridge according to the analysis results.Finally, make the prototype of the tractor, and test the feasibility and the reliability of chassis design. The prototype test results show that the tractor chassis design achieved the technical requirements of the project.The achievement of the chassis design has certain significance in special vehicle research, very random walk mechanism research and intelligent vehicle research, not only on the tractor.
