Promote photovoltaic pumping systems can alleviate arid areas, agricultural irrigation and domestic water in remote areas without electricity, improve living standard and life quality, therefore photovoltaic pumping systems potentially enormous social benefit and economic benefit.Along with the power electronic technology, microprocessor technology and the rapid development of new type of motor control technology, photovoltaic water pumping system performance and efficiency increasing. According to the customer’s requirements, design and development of small household use, low cost, high performance and simple structure exchange of photovoltaic pump system and meet the needs of the market. The main contents of this paper include:(1) Analysis of the topology and principle of photovoltaic pumping systems, and several common PV array maximum power point tracking control method and its implementation are analyzed in detail, selection and optimization for tracking method in this paper.(2) Complete systems solutions to identify and verify the basic module circuit component parameters, including selection of the system to power and charge management strategies; intelligent protection measures to fight dry overflow protection, over-current and over-voltage protection and AC and DC signal detection hardware design circuit.(3) Complete system overall scheme design, the determination of component parameters and the validation of the basic module circuit, including the selection of system power supply and charging management strategy; system protection module; signal detection circuit, etc.(4) Analysis of several startup mode to do a comparative analysis of asynchronous motor, and has made the simulation using Matlab/Simulink, start the motor, the control scheme to provide theory support.(5) At last, this paper has completed the software and each module design and preparation procedures, and through the actual operation and test, the test results show that this system has reached the expected design requirements of users and customers. |
