The objective of this study was to evaluate thenutritionive value of feeds in different ecological region of Shandong province,and to establish database of nutritive value of conventional feeds in Shandong province.And on this basis to establish formula library of TMR diet according to classification of the roughage.We collect thirty-three species of concentrates and roughages in different ecological regions of Shandong province,and to analyze the nutritional value of feeds.Four Dorper sheep fitted with permanent ruminal fistulae were chosen for this study.Nylon bags technique were used to evaluate the rumen degradation characteristics of feeds.In addition,we inspect 52 farms in 17 cities of Shandong province.The farms were classified into 2 kinds by the breeding scale.We exploit 30 kinds of non-conventional feeds.On the basis of the first two works,we establish formula library of TMR diet according to classification of the roughage.The main experimental results are as follows:First of all,according to the topography,soil,rainfall and natural environment of Shandong province,such as hydrology vegetation distribution characteristics,at the same time considering forage grass,crop varieties resources distribution,the Shandong province can be divided into four ecological regions,they are around Bohai gulf region in the north of Shandong province,the plains region in the west of Shandong province,the mountainous region in the east of Shandong province and the mountainous region in the middle of Shandong province.We completed evaluation of nutritionive value on feeds in the different ecological regions of Shandong province.The results showed that nutrient contents of grains and roughages were significant different(P < 0.05)in the different ecological regions of Shandong province.Nutrient contents of brans and meals were not significant different(P > 0.05)in the different ecological regions of Shandong province.Thus,sell feed ingredients with regional differences,the nutrient content are greatly influenced by growing environment factor.The by-products are trade business outsourcing,and the nutrient content of them were not significant different,especially meals.We collect Dongying ree,Dongying Pennisetum hydridum,Dongying sorghum-sudan grass around Bohai gulf region in the north of Shandong province,and to analyze the nutritional value of them.The results show that protein content of Dongying ree and Dongying Pennisetum hydridum above 10%(were 10.15% and 10.92%,respectively);the protein content of Binzhou jujube leaves is 9.66%,the NDF content is 24.75%.The CP content of WL343 HQ alfalfa,is significantly higher than other alfalfa,under the condition of the same level of dry matter;the CP content of Hybridized citron tree is 24.57%.The test finished the investigation of meat-producting sheep breeding mode in Shandong province,the breeding mode mainly are large intensive farms and small and medium-sized farms.The diet supply mode is "the concentrate by intensive production + local roughage material".According to the growth characteristics of meat-producting sheep,combined with evaluation of nutrition value on feeds in this study,we established formula library of TMR diet according to classification of the roughage,and we explored the feasible model of the development and utilization of local feeds and the integration of forage grass and meat-producting sheep breeding.
