With the development of social economy,our country agricultural production have much more obvious impact on resource,ecology and environment,some eventsof agricultural ecological environment occurred easily.The traditional "chemical farming" rely on a large amount of resourcesto maintain its highly speed,and accompanied by a huge ecological environment pollution,sustainable development of the modern greenhouse industryhamperedseverely.In order to guarantee the basic position of agriculture,governmenthave more and more attention to food safety problems of pesticide's pollution and serious threat to pesticide residues by countries.With the development of high-efficiency agriculture and diversification ofplanting structure in China,farmerskeep high yield on the basis of harmless disinfection pest control demand.As a new type of technology without pollution,Ozone water has been widely used in farming,aquaculture,food processing and other fields in Japan South Korea Europe and the United States.This topic which contains ozone water in irrigation soil,disinfectionand pest controlon the basis of mist,designs a greenhouse irrigation system based on ozone water.Preparing an adjustable aqueous solution of ozone with air and water as raw material.It can control plant diseases and insect pests in the soil and improve the effect of soil while the device irrigates the plants too.This paper studies mainly from the following aspects:(1)Research of irrigation system of facilities vegetables based onozonewater.This paper analyzes the present situation and significance of ozone water application at home and abroad.Before design an ozone-based irrigation system for greenhouse,summarized the current main greenhouse disinfection technology,the main contents and researched ideas of this study,drawed on the existing ozone generator,gas-liquid mixing device and greenhouse irrigation system design concept.Main components of the machineincludes the ozone water preparation part,automatic irrigation equipment,electrical control part.(2)Introduce structure and working principle of the equipment.Ozone water production is made up of oxygen,ozone,high-frequency and high voltage and magnetized devices.Automatic irrigation system consists of the constant pressure water supply system and the soil moisture detection system.Electrical control section consists of the control interface and the automatic alarm system.Magnetization device can effectively increase the mixture efficiency of ozone water and make ozone water more stable.Soil moisture detection system and alarm system can real-time detect the greenhouse soil moisture,concentration of ozone gas,electrical control part adopts one-click way operation,greatly increased the operability of the equipment.(3)Use the equipment to sterilize sterilization test,analyzed the obtained experimental data and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the equipment.
