Water constitutes not only the indispensable part in daily life, but also the most fundamental element that can guarantee agricultural production and development. The different existence ways and physicochemical properties of water will lead to different biological, physical and chemical results, such as magnetized water, electric field water, heavy-oxygen-enriched water, ionized water, and electrolyzed functional water, all of which have different functions and effects. Electrolyzed functional water is the water with special function and purpose, which is produced by the way in which the electrolyte solution at a certain concentration makes a series of reactions in a specific electrolyzer (electrolytic tank) to change the physicochemical property of water.In recent years, along with the progress of scientific technology and the increasing deepening of sustainable development, electrolyzed functional water has made remarkable progress, and meanwhile has been widely applied and publicized in the industries such as medical treatment, food, architecture, and agriculture. However, its application in agricultural industry still shows some deficiencies as a consequence of the complex agricultural environment and the substandard equipment.This paper develops a set of greenhouse vegetable irrigation system based on the electrolyzed functional water, mainly including electrolyzed functional water preparation and greenhouse vegetable irrigation system. The electrolyzed functional water preparation device mainly includes electrolyzer (non-membrane repolarization continuous system), electric control part, raw water supply part, electrolyte solution supply part, mixture part, etc. The greenhouse vegetable irrigation system mainly includes the drip irrigation system and electrical control system. The drip irrigation switch adopts the integration of the magnetic valve and relay. The controller adopts STM32 timing control, and integrates with the upper computer complied, and completes the manual control, timed control and remote control.Through the designed experiment, it studies the influence of the storage period, raw water flow, concentration and flow of the electrolyte solution, and electrolytic current on the electrolyzed functional water indexes (e.g. pH, redox potential, conductivity, chloric content) and preparation stability performance of the equipment, and the time required by the electrolyzed functional water that meets the requirements.Through the analysis on the conditions required by the experiment, select proper greenhouse and vegetable suitable for being planted. Select the solar greenhouse for the shed and the cucumber for the vegetable. Rationally combine the electrolyzed functional water preparation device with the greenhouse vegetable irrigation system. As pH environment suitable for the growth of the cucumber is 5.5-7.2, it is necessary to control pH of the electrolyzed functional water at 4.5-6.5 so as to ensure the normal growth of the cucumber, use the buffer barrel to buffer and store the electrolyzed functional water, connect the buffer barrel with the drip irrigation device, and use the magnetic valve for the timed and controlled control, with the irrigation time of 20 to 30 minutes for each time. In the experiment for verifying the sterilization effect of the electrolyzed functional water, randomly select some cucumber to compare the sterilization effect, and divide the cucumber into two groups with the electrolyzed functional water processing or without such processing. Through the sterility cultivation for some time, carry out viable plate count, and discover that the sterilization effect of the electrolyzed functional water is improved by 4 times as much as that through the common water processing based on the analyzed data.
