China’s growing demand for vegetables,China has become the world’s largest vegetable production and consumption of the country.However,the mechanization level of vegetable planting in our country is relatively low,so it is very important to study the vegetable transplanter.As one of the transplanting mechanism of vegetable transplanting machine core mechanism,its performance will directly affect the quality of vegetable seedling planting effect,so the research significance of the transplanting mechanism is very important.According to the method of pot seedling transplanting mechanism of conveying,Uenae institutions can be divided into seedling guide tube type and rotary type transplanting mechanism.Seedling guide tube type transplanting mechanism is simple in structure,but the seedling transplanting effect is not ideal.The effect of planting modern rotary Uenae institutions has been significantly improved,but its mechanism is complicated,work in clayey soils to clay,effect of planting effect.Aiming at the above problems,this thesis proposes a multi rod supporting seedling transplanting mechanism of ditching.The transplanting mechanism has the advantages of simple structure,and can ensure the excellent effect of planting.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:1)By referring to the relevant literature,understand the development situation of domestic and foreign various types of Uenae institutions,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various types of Uenae institutions.And expounds the significance and effect of transplanting mechanism of automatic vegetable transplanting machine development.2)Aiming at the problems of transplanting mechanism,this thesis proposes a multi rod supporting seedling transplanting mechanism of ditching.The mechanism of pushing down the working method based on type seedling transplanting mechanism,pushing seedling supporting operation by using multi bar linkage,complete planting.3)The computer aided design software Matlab2010 b platform based on transplanting mechanism.The influence of each parameter on the working attitude of the mechanism is analyzed.After a series of tests,a set of structural design parameters is obtained.4)The overall structure of the design of multi bar type transplanting mechanism of planting and Furrow Seeding supporting test bench.Kinematic analysis of mechanism using modern virtual prototyping technology.The correctness of mechanism design is verified by virtual5)prototype simulation.The finite element analysis of the drive shaft of the mechanism is carried out by using Ansys to further confirm the reliability of the mechanism.6)The planting test of transplanting mechanism.Analysis on different furrow depth,different soil covering wheel position,the transplanting mechanism of different speed under the condition of seedling upright degree condition.Analysis of the transplanting mechanism in proportion to increase the line speed and the rotational speed of the transplanting mechanism of soil tank under the condition of pot seedling planting spacing qualified rate.The test showed that the seedlings transplanting mechanism in the condition of ideal spacing qualified rate can reach97.5%,upright degree can reach 97.46%.7)According to the test data,the proposed scheme Uenae institutions furrower opener plant test using the improved.By comparing the data before and after improvement,the improvement program is effective.Finally,experimental data obtained through experimental results verify that the mechanism has the excellent effect of planting seedlings.
