| In recent years,the speed of urbanization in our country has become faster and faster.The government has invested more and more funds in the construction of landscaping,street and other aspects.To carry out and develop the seedling raising methods of flower pot seedlings and to improve the corresponding transplanting institutions is very important to study and develop the transplanting machinery of flower pot seedlings,which has a great significance in reality and theory.At present,potted flowers and plants are transplanted by artificial transplanting in our country.There are some problems such as labor intensity,transplanting efficiency,labor cost and so on,and still many shortcomings in the plant transplant organization now.The related plant transplanting institutions in China are still in the bud,there is no unified standard for agricultural machinery and agricultural technology,domestic flower transplanting institutions do not apply to most of the places,the method of taking seedlings of transplanting institutions is too single.Analysis of the present situation of the study on the transplanting institutions at home and abroad,to solve the problems of poor seedling position,low precision of taking seedlings and many steps,etc.A kind of flower automatic transplanting mechanism was put forward to carry out its operation mechanism,innovation design,parameter optimization and test analysis.1)Some problems existed in the plant transplanting mechanism designed before the agricultural machinery project group,for example,the insufficient seedling stroke leads to the low success rate of seedling picking,and the inaccurate location of seedlings.Meanwhile,a need of seedling planting mechanism,track posture and track height is not enough.A kind of flower automatic transplanting mechanism is put forward.The motion characteristics of the mechanism are studied,and the kinematics model of a flower planting automatic transplanting mechanism is established.2)According to the kinematics model of the mechanism,the Visual Basic6.0 software is used to improve and optimize the analysis and optimization program of the mechanism.The program is used to analyze the influence of each parameter on the trajectory,and finally,a set of parameters that meet the requirements are worked out.3)According to the parameters of the mechanism,the structural design of the flower planting and transplanting mechanism is divided into two parts: the planetary gear train and the transplanting arm,which mainly include the design of the transplanting claw,the cam contour and the elimination of the backlash parts.4)The 3D design software SolidWorks2015 for the whole mechanism on the assembly,in all parts of the assembly model into Adams software,simulation of kinematics,trajectory of transplanting tip point is obtained,the simulation results were analyzed to verify the theoretical model’s accuracy and availability.5)The test bed was built to meet the different needs of the transplanting mechanism,and the parameters were modified through the control cabinet to carry out different tests.After processing,the entity parts of the mechanism were obtained.After assembly,they were installed on the test stand for idling test and transplanting test,and the corresponding experimental data and transplanting effect could be obtained.The feasibility of the mechanism was verified by comparing with the previous theoretical data. |
