| Rapeseed,as an important oil crop in China,has a high degree of mechanization in rapeseed planting.As an important rapeseed producing area in China,the Yangtze River Basin has been faced with the seasonal problem caused by multi-crop rotation.Transplanting,as a key means to solve the seasonal problem,can effectively improve the rapeseed yield.Aiming at the problem of low working efficiency of transplanting mechanism caused by sticky heavy soil in the south,this paper designs a transplanting mechanism that can adapt to sticky heavy soil.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:1.By referring to relevant literatures and investigation and research,the status quo of pot seedling transplanting institutions at home and abroad was analyzed.In view of the transplanting requirements of rapeseed in southern rice plate fields,the integrated transplanting mode of rotary tillage and planting was proposed,and a ditch-push seedling transplanting mechanism was designed.2.The displacement and velocity models were established with the multi-bar pushing seedling mechanism as the object.MATLAB was used to analyze the influence of various parameters of the seedling pushing mechanism on the planting movement,and finally A set of optimal design parameters were obtained,including the traveling speed 0.4m/s,the crank speed 90 r /min,the crank AB length 20 mm,the DE length 400 mm,the BC length 150 mm,the DC length 110 mm,and the point A coordinate(270,0).3.The structural parameters of the key device of the transplanting mechanism were calculated and analyzed.The Motion state of CAM and the force of CAM and roller in the seedling graft device were analyzed with Solidworks-Motion software,and the rationality of the design of the seedling graft device was verified.Finite element analysis of the trencher is carried out with the Simulation in Solidworks to ensure the reliability of bearing capacity and trenching during transplanting.4.According to the optimal structural parameters,the experimental bench was machined and the planting effect test was carried out on the soil trough test bench.The effects of the transplanting mechanism on the pass rate of pot seedling planting distance and straightness were analyzed under the conditions of different overlying soil to the end of trench cutters,different combination of crank speed and traveling speed,and different crank initial phase angle.The final test results showed that when the initial phase Angle of the crank shaft was60°,the input speed was 90r/min,and the position of the overburden wheel was 100 mm,the qualified rate of plant spacing and the qualified rate of perpendicularity were up to 96% and 92%. |
