Pullorosis is a very common and serious infectious disease,which is caused by Salmonella.And it is one of the important diseases threatening the health development of chicken breeding industry.The economic losses of pullorosis are far greater than Newcastle diseas,Avian influenza and the other animal diseases.Therefore,we carried out the epidemiological investigation of Salmonella pullorum in Xinxiang area and the isolation,culture,biochemical identification,drug sensitive screening and combined medication test of Salmonella;aim to develop a sensitive compound treatment medicine to Salmonella in Xinxiang,so as to provide a blind medicine for the prevention and control of Salmonella pullorum.1.Epidemiological investigation of Salmonella disease in Xinxiang areaIn order to investigate the epidemic situation of chicken Salmonella in Xinxiang area,we adopt the conventional epidemiological methods and Salmonella blood slide agglutination method to detect the 400 blood samples of 40 farms in Xinxiang area.The results indicated that there were Salmonella infections in several farms in Xinxiang area.The incidence of Salmonella infection was about 15%,58 of 400 collected blood samples were suspected Salmonella infection,the distribution of chicken salmonellosis was sporadic.2.Isolation and identification of Salmonella pullorum.In order to characterization the suspected sick chicken Salmonella pullorum,we collected 58 suspected chicken to carry out the isolation,culture,biochemical and serum identification of the Salmonella pullorum.Finally,we identified 22 Salmonella pullorum isolates from 58 samples of salmonellosis.3.The screening of drug sensitivity for SalmonellaIn order to screen the sensitive drugs of Salmonella pullorum in Xinxiang area,we test the 22 strains of Salmonella to screen the drugs by drug sensitive slips diffusion method.By screening we found that:Salmonella pullorum in Xinxiang area was more moderate sensitive to fluoroquinolones and polypeptide drugs of colistin Su and drugs of streptomycin,amoxicillin,florfenicol,mequindox were low sensitive or insensitive.4.The drug combination measures for Salmonella pullorum in XinxiangIn order to prevention and control of Salmonella pullorum disease in Xinxiang area,we put the fluoroquinolone enrofloxacin and polypeptide of colistin sulphate in compound preparation,which were more sensitive to Salmonella pullorum in Xinxiang area.Through the bactericidal test to pullorum Salmonella enterica in vitro and in vivo,we found that the compound enrofloxacin-sulfuric acid colistin was more sensitive than the enrofloxacin or colistin sulphate alone.And the bactericidal ability of the compound increased 8 times to.16 times by in vitro test and increased 30%to 40%by in vivo test. |
