| Dairy cow mastitis is one of the most common diseases of dairy cows,causing great economic loss to the dairy farming industry.This study investigate the dairy mastitis of Shandong,anglicizing the main causes of mastitis.We provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of cow mastitis through isolating bacteria pathogenic and dug sensitive experiments.This study detected 400 cow mastitis of Shandong by clinical examinations and CMT,the results showed that the incidence of clinical mastitis was 9.27%,the incidence of recessive mastitis is as high as 50.72%.The incidence rate of cow hind breast area is higher than that in the anterior breast area,because of sufficient filling in the feeding of the cow,which causing the increase of the contact opportunities of the cow and the ground and polluted hind legs.There was no significant difference in the incidence of left and right breast area.No matter clinical or hidden mastitis,the incidence rate is highest in the second and third quarters,mainly due to high temperature,large rainfall and high humidity,which are beneficial to the transmission of pathogenic bacteria.There is a difference in the incidence of udder in different fetal dairy cows.As the age increases,the number of births increases,milk production increases,and the incidence of mastitis increases.The reason may be that the breast is damaged by physical injury,the sphincter of the nipple is flabby,the closure is not strict,the immunity ability of oneself is reduced,pathogen is able to enter.The animals collected in this experiment aimed at the dairy cows in two dairy cow farms and some scattered fed dairy cows,the bacteria from the milk were separated,cultivated,counted and identified through biochemical experiment.The drugs sensitivity test was made.The aim in this experiment was to analyze the mastitis.The bacteria separated from the milk in this test were staphylococcus,streptococcus,coliform and mycetozoan.Most of bacteria isolated from the normal milk were conditioned ontogenetic bacteria in the surroundings.But the most of bacteria separated from the milk of the mastitis were strong so genetic bacteria,which caused evident hemolytic and positive concretionary enzyme reaction.The sum of the bacteria was higher than that in the normal milk(p<0.01).The penicillin and streptomycin lose the effect of killing bacteria,the former cephalosporin and revamping have effects on therapy.We find that the incidence of dairy cow mastitis large-scale farms of Shandong is high and the proportion of recessive mastitis is five times as much as clinical mastitis.Staphylococcus and streptococcus are the main bacteria that caused mastitis,but most of them has antibiotic resistance.The prevention and control situation of mastitis not objective. |
