The Epidemiological Suvey And Analysis Of Drug Resistance Of Salmonella From Clinical Healthy Pigs From Part Of Scale Pig Farms In Jilin

Salmonella is one of the most important zoonoses pathogens which harmed to pig industrydevelopment and animal derived food hygiene. It is not only higher fatality rate caused greatloss to the pig mortality but also Human pathogenic salmonella disease caused severesepsis,human gastroenteritis and even death.In this paper,Samples There were540samples of clinical health pig rectum cotton swabcollected from large-scale pig farms of Changchun,Songyuan,Siping in Jilin province.refer tothe national standard GB4789.4-2010and the ministry of agriculture standard N Y/T550-2002.18strains of salmonella were isolated by using conventional physical and chemicaland polymerase chain reaction(PCR).The separation rate was3.33%（18/540）.They were pigscholera salmonella9strains,salmonella typhimurium6strains,Dellow salamonella2strains,Cambridge and salmonella1strains.Distribution region showed that the cholerasalmonella is widely distributed in the five areas.20kinds of antibiotics were selected to susceptibility test on the18strains of salmonellaisolated by using K-B AGAR diffusion method.At the same time,part of the virulence genes andpathogenicity were tested to the salmonella isolates. The drug susceptibility results showed thatsalmonella isolates from Jilin were resistant to penicillin G,erythromycin and drug resistan rateup to100%.The salmonella isolates were high sensitivity to cephalosporin antibiotics.All thisstrains were resistant to at least more than4kinds and at most12kinds of antibiotics.Thevirulence gene tests showed that virulence genes of strains carried more than two kinds were13stanis occupied the total72.22%.The pathogenicity test results confirmed that the pathogenicitywere stonger with three kinds of virulence gene.There was a certain correlation between thedrug resistance and pathogenicity of salmonella strains.The results is great significance toprevention and control of Jilin province pig salmonella disease,provide a scientific basis for therational use of antibiotics and lay the foundation to the healty of the pig industry of sustainabledevelopment in Jilin province.
