In this study, two experiments to explore the Fructo-oligosaccharide (FOS) on weaned Ningxiang piglets growth performance and intestinal development, adding the appropriate level in Ningxiang weaned piglets; FOS also discussed alternative antibiotics to improve weaning piglet performance.72 Ningxiang pigs were selected that they are close parities, healthy (30±1) days were randomly divided into four treatment groups, each treatment group set up three replicates of 1 bar (6 pigs), and thour different fed levels of FOS diet (0, 0.2%,0.4%,0.6%). The results showed that:diet supplemented 0.4% FOS significantly increased daily gain (P<0.05), reduced the rate of diarrhea (P<0.05), also significantly increased average daily feed intake (P<0.05). In addition, compared with the control group, 0.4% FOS group of high-density lipoprotein levels were significantly higher (P<0.05).A trial on the basis of previous, similar views firstborn select 90 healthy (30±1) day-old Ningxiang pigs weaned per treatment group set up five replicates of 1 bar (6 pigs), respectively no antibiotics grain fed, antibiotics and FOS diets. The results showed that FOS diets and antibiotics have significantly increased weaning daily gain, lower feed conversion and diarrhea; FOS added to the diet can significantly improve the daily intake; FOS and colistin could significantly improve blood sugar levels weaning, piglets were increased and serum total protein level of 10% and 88%. FOS and colistin significantly improve piglet serum urea nitrogen.Comprehensive two test results obtained:? weaned piglets diets Ningxiang 0.4% FOS best. ? 0.4% of the FOS can be an effective alternative to colistin in Ningxiang weaned piglets.
