To demonstrate prefect in the reduction of piglet diarrhea, promoting on growth, such as the effectiveness, pig breeding and feed processing enterprise design of lactating sows and piglet rations provide scientific references two studies in lactating sows and weaned piglets rearing areas carried out a test.Weaning piglets experiment:control group and test group:The control group fed basal diet (diets do not contain excessive antibiotics); group as basal diet+3kg prefect, select similar weight and body condition of good DLY25day-old weanling380, depending on the size bar homes were divided into18bars,4bar25/bar,20/14bar bar.18randomly selected bar9bar as the control group fed basal diets,9bars were included in feed, feeding add prefect diet, test time of50days. Record group2initial final weight of piglets diarrhea and death, and so on.Lactating test divided into2groups, the control group and the experimental group; select60sows and birth order (3-4children), Superovulation, number of births and other production performance is basically the same. Control groups for swine diets; testing group in the basal diet and3kg/t using prefect. Repeat every2, each group of15sows, test time of55days. Record the total number of births, diarrhea, the survival rate changes.Test results of piglets showed that the test group compared to the control group, feed intake were significantly (P<0.01), diarrhea rates were significantly reduced (P<0.05), daily weight gain was significantly increased (P<0.01), feed conversion ratio difference (P<0.05), can significantly save on feeding costs. Lactating test results show that the prefect of the sow has had a positive effect on intestinal health and reduce diarrhea rate of piglets in the delivery room, improving the survival rate of piglets. So prefect as an effective alternative antibiotic, alternatives to antibiotic growth-promoting effects, and part of the antimicrobial effect, can significantly improve the efficiency of feed utilization, reduce feeding costs, improve economic benefit aquaculture, livestock production and feed industry has a bright future.
