In the village of Zhuzhuangtun,Muye District,Xinxiang City,tomatoes,cucumbers and other crops are planted in plastic greenhouses.However,due to improper continuous cropping and cultivation management methods throughout the year,the continuous cropping obstacles in the greenhouse soil are serious,resulting in changes in soil physical and chemical properties and nutrient structure,and aggravation of soil diseases and insect pests,affecting the growth and yield and quality of autumn tomatoes and spring cucumbers.Continue to develop.Therefore,in this study,through the use of RSD(Reductive Soil Disinfestation,RSD),cotton,and biological fertilizers and other reasonable application experiments,the effects of RSD and cotton on the growth,yield,pests and weeds of autumn tomatoes and spring cucumbers were studied,with a view to continuous cropping soil Improvement,increase the yield of autumn tomatoes and spring cucumbers,and the prevention and control effect of soil-borne diseases,provide a theoretical basis.RSD treatment is of great significance for pollution-free production and organic safety production.The specific results are as follows:1.After RSD treatment,the first crop of autumn tomato plants,fruit growth accelerated,fruit yield increased,and the incidence of root-knot nematode disease and stem base rot was significantly reduced;among them,the plant height and stem thickness of the third measurement increased by 4.96% respectively And 6.21%,the single fruit weight and fruit yield of the first layer in the RSD group increased by 40.80% and 73.30%,respectively,and the single fruit weight and yield in the RSD + 968 group increased by 69.33% and 109.59%;And disease index decreased by 75.00% and 64.44%,respectively.The incidence and disease index of autumn tomatoes in RSD + 968 group were 0;the incidence of stem-based rot in RSD group and RSD + 968 group decreased by 28.64% and 40.41%,respectively;The treatment could significantly reduce the number of Fusarium oxysporum and root-knot nematodes in the soil,among which the copy number of Fusarium oxysporum decreased by 30.56% and the number of root-knot nematodes decreased by 97.57%;The dry weight was significantly reduced;on August 17,the average incidence of tomato virus disease decreased by 58.07% after RSD treatment.This indicated that both the RSD treatment group and the RSD + 968 treatment group could promote the growth of autumn tomatoes,increase yield,and reduce the incidence of autumn tomato root-knot nematodes,stem-based rot and virus diseases.After RSD treatment,the growth of the second spring cucumber plants was accelerated,the fruit yield was increased,and the incidence of cucumber wilt was significantly reduced.Among them,the plant height of the RSD group increased by 8.37%,and the average single fruit weight of the RSD group and RSD + 968 group increased respectively 15.38% and 30.76%;the incidence of cucumber wilt in the RSD group and the RSD + 968 group decreased by 43.60% and 50.50%,respectively;the vc content and soluble sugar content increased by 12.98% and 18.85% after RSD treatment,respectively.This indicated that both the RSD treatment group and the RSD + 968 treatment could promote the growth of spring cucumbers,increase the yield,reduce the incidence of spring cucumber wilt and improve the quality of spring cucumbers.After RSD treatment,the control effect of root knot nematode disease and stem rot was obvious in the third crop of autumn tomato,among which the root knot nematode disease incidence and disease index were reduced by 72.72% and 77.14 respectively,and the incidence of stem base rot disease was reduced by 57.98%.2.The growth of the first tomato plant in autumn after the cotton growing treatment is accelerated,the fruit yield is increased and the root-knot nematode index,the occurrence of stem base rot are suppressed,the plant height and stem of the cotton growing + Paecilomyces lilacinus + QHD treatment group Coarse,fourth inflorescence fruit setting rate,single fruit weight of first layer and fruit yield of first layer increased the most,increasing by 180.87%,57.11%,62.65%,209.11% and 247.83% respectively;The control effect of autumn tomato root-knot nematode disease was the best,at 31.38%,followed by the cotton-long + QHD group,the control effect was 26.21%;the incidence of stem-based rot in cotton-long + Paecilomyces lilacinus + QHD treatment The control group decreased by 77.04%.The number,fresh weight and dry weight of the weeds in the cotton-mellitus + Paecilomyces lilacinus + QHD treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,indicating that the combined treatment could inhibit the growth of autumn tomato weeds in the greenhouse.Conclusion: RSD treatment can effectively promote the growth of autumn tomatoes and spring cucumbers,reduce the number of pathogens in the soil,reduce the incidence of autumn tomato root-knot nematodes,stem base rot,and spring cucumber wilt,and promote the yield of autumn tomatoes and spring cucumbers in greenhouses.The treatment of the soil with cotton wool can effectively inhibit the occurrence of tomato root-knot nematode disease,stem base rot disease and the growth of the number of weeds in the soil,reduce the obstacles of continuous cropping soil in the greenhouse,and promote the growth and yield of autumn tomatoes.In addition,the treatment of cotton growing with Paecilomyces lilacinus,QHD and other biological bacterial fertilizers is better than that of cotton growing alone.
