At present,the hard branch cutting seedling of crops in the production process of cutting is mostly used by artificial cutting in our country. In order to realize the naked root, the hard branch cutting seedling of crops in the production process of the mechanization of the cutting process, research the cutting machine for the bare root, hardwood cutting. Based on the Poplar Cuttings, design the device of separating and taking seeding, test of trial production, also design the punching for cuttings,for the cutting machine research and development to do preparatory work.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Put forward three kinds of Poplar Cuttings seedlings seedling fetching device program. Test bench trial manufacture and test analysis of second kinds of schemes of drum type sub seedling. When roller diameter is 160 mm, speed 2.6 rad/s, dial the tooth 6 (along the direction of drum diameter is symmetrical, uniform layout),10 mm dial the tooth depth, can separate the 5-10 root cutting smoothly. When roller diameter is 450 mm, speed 1.7 rad/s, dial the tooth 20 (roller diameter direction is symmetrical, uniform layout), dial the tooth depth 10 mm, can finish cutting points task.
