In this study'Dawuxing'loquat plants,12 years old, were used as the test material to study the effects of three solutions on the photosynthesis and fruit growth and quality in order to get an effective approach to improving fruit quality and edible rate by using foliar liquid which is safe, healthy, environment friendly and highly effective. Conclusions of the study are as follows:1. The growth and development of'Da wuxing'loquat fruit pulp and seed showed a single S type curve, i.e. slow-fast-slow pattern, but the flesh was different from the seed regarding the fastest growing time. The transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter shared the same pattern with the fruit in the growing model.Each treatment added the foliar nutrient wouldn't change the growth pattern of fruit transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter, and still kept the single S curve. The transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter increased significantly during the observation period, the net growth of the trial was significantly higher than that of the comparison, which indicated that spraying liquid fertilizer on the leaf can effectively promote the growth of loquat fruit. The best treatment was the solution added Zhuang Guo Di Ling and Lv Fen Wei in this experiment. and this treatment resulted in the biggest average longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter, reaching 4.480 cm and 4.108 cm, significantly bigger than those of the comparison.2. Comparing with comparison, all treatments can effectively increase the fruit appearance quality and intrinsic quality, and fruit maturity was about five days earlier than that of the comparison, and obviously increased the fruit uniformity, in which the solution added Zhuang Guo Di Ling and Lv Fen Wei was the best treatment in general. The fruit's weight,volume and edible rate of this treatment were all higher than CK2, increasing respectively 37.37%,26.17% and 7.08%, The fruit's soluble solid, vitamin C, soluble sugar, sugar/acid ratio of this treatment were all higher than CK2, increasing respectively 7.08%,26.53%,35.98%,90.78%,17.45%, and total acid content was reduced by 29.11%.After spraying Ai Duo Shou, Zhuang Guo Di Ling and Lv Fen Wei. there was no significant difference in the seed number, seed weight and the thickness of the skin, comparing with the comparison.The treatment added Zhuang Guo Di Ling can obviously thicken the pedicels, promoting the transfer of the nutrients to the fruit and thus enhancing the growth of fruit.The best treatment was the solution added Zhuang Guo Di Ling and Lv Fen Wei in this experiment, The pedicels reached 0.454 cm,increasing respectively 51.33%.The improved appearance quality was demonstrated by the reduced fruit surface spots, redder in the skin color and easier peeling,in which the solution added Zhuang Guo Di Ling and Lv Fen Wei was the best treatment in general.3. Lv Fen Wei can effectively increase the leaf chlorophyll content and promote photosynthesis. Bfore flowing(September),The best treatment was added Lv Fen Wei in this experiment,comparing with comparison,the Chl.(a+b) and net photosynthetic rate reached 5.46 mg/g and 12.45 ?molCO2/m2.s,increasing respectively 30.94% and 25.88%;When the cells of the fruit rapidly dividing (March),The best treatment was added Zhuang Guo Di Ling and Lv Fen Wei in this experiment,comparing with comparison,the Chl.(a+b) and net photosynthetic rate reached 2.61 mg/g and 7.79 ?molCO2/m2.s,increasing respectively 78.77% and 44.53%; When the The cells of the fruit was quickly expanding (April),The best treatment was added Lv Fen Wei in this experiment,comparing with comparison,the Chl.(a+b) and net photosynthetic rate reached 4.26 mg/g and 10.45 ?molCO2/m2.s,increasing respectively 31.89% and 29.17%.
