| In order to study,development and take use of local flavor germplasm resources-Chongzhou Loquat in sichuan province, the reseacher based on 25 Chongzhou Loquat which bred by Sichuan Agricultural University and compared with Fud is aim to breed the varieties cold resistance varieties.The test mainly includ that observed 25 new Chongzhou loquat tea lines in the field of natural low temperature damage situation, and identification of each strain experienced "late spring" after the cold resistance. At the same time, the reseacher study the relative conductivity of leaves from each strain, MDA content, soluble sugar content, proline content and SOD, POD, CAT activity of seven physiological parameters growth in natural and artificial low temperature conditions, analyze different natural growth and low temperature stress under the above variation of each index, and explore the physiological indices cold resistance of tea relevance. And the use of membership functions and cluster analysis of each sample lines cold resistance comprehensive identification and evaluation.The experimental results are as follow.1.The results of frost damage identification in field showed that the Chongzhou Loquat can be divided into 4 types according to the capacity of resistence the cold tempereture.The most stronger cold resistance varieties are Chongpi No. 10、12、20、 21、26,the second stronger cold resistance varieties are Chongpi No.8,9,11,13,15, 16,19,22, while Chongpi No.2,3,5,18,23 are the weakest cold resistance varieties,the rest of the material have medium level in resistance cold,like Fuding.2.Using Logistic regression equation, the LT50 of Chongzhou Loquat are 3.03℃-13.65 ℃.According to preliminary identification of the various strains of the order of cold resistance was Chongpi No.20>12>26>22>21>4>17>16>9>15>8>11>13>7>6> 10>19>25>5>Fud>1>24>2>23>3>18.3.Determination of Physiological Index of Resistance during Natural Overwintering results showed that 25 Chongzhou loquat new lines and control in the natural cooling process, regular varieties is more consistent with the highest values of the indicators were present in December, which relative conductivity of leaves as the ambient temperature decreases upward trend, MDA content was dropped after the first rise, osmotic adjustment substance (soluble sugar, proline) content and SOD, CAT activity showed a rising trend after the first drop, POD activity after a first Increased and then decreased with the temperature change regularity is not strong. Chong pi No.12,20,21 and relative conductivity of 26, MDA content value in each month were significantly lower than other strains and Fuding, osmotic adjustment substances contents and protection of enzyme activity was significantly higher than the other strains and control; Chong pi No.18 and No.23 and other strains of the opposite.4.Determination of the artificial low temperature stress resistance physiological index results showed that 25 strains Chongzhou loquat as the temperature decreases, resistance physiological indicators proline content protection activity (SOD, POD, CAT) first increased and then decreased law, at low temperature-10 ℃, the highest values of the index, while the MDA and soluble sugar content is rising as the temperature decreases, the temperature difference between the obvious. To increase the amount of each index, the worship loquat penetration No.12,20,21 and 26 of the adjusting substance and content protection activity increment greater than other strains Chong loquat, MDA content increased less.5.According to MDA, soluble sugar content, proline content protection activity and other physiological indicators, using membership function and cluster analysis on evaluation Chongzhou loquat cold resistance results showed that 25 strains press Chongzhou loquat cold and strong weak divided into four categories, cold and strong strains have 4:Chongpi No.12,20,21,26; cold stronger strains including 8 for worship Chongpt No.7, No.8, respectively,,9,10,11,15,16,19; cold resistance weak lines have three to worship loquat No.18, No.23 and No.3; Chongp No.1, No. 17, No.22 No.25, No.4, No.5, No.13, No.2, No.6, No.24 and the control Fuding belong to moderate cold resistance line, consistent with the natural field identification. |
