In this experiment, Yunyan87 as materials to study the effects of spraying in topping four different formulations of exogenous regulators on the production, development and production of quality flue-cured tobacco, comparing the different formulations on tobacco growth, chemical composition the main difference between coordination and economic traits aimed screened out the most appropriate formula Meizhou tobacco producing areas, providing a theoretical basis for the sustainable development of local tobacco. Studies had shown that spraying different formulations regulator, regulating the formation of cured tobacco growth and baked after yield and quality of tobacco played an important role. Specific results were as follows:(1) Processing Y1 formulation modifiers in agronomic traits optimum performance,plant height, stem thickness and increase the effective number of leaves have some positive effect, especially to promote the role of plant height significantly, processing lines Y1 higher than the control 14.45%. Each processing blade dry matter accumulation of total accumulated more balanced, both at about 50%, Y1, Y2 blade handle the higher dry matter accumulation, compared to the control were increased by 8.53% and 3.68%, and on the stems, root dry matter accumulation had the same role.(2) With the advancement of phenological development, administration of the flue-cured tobacco in different formulations regulators treatment, middle leaf total nitrogen content gradually decreased nicotine content of upper leaves gradually increased, the central leaf total sugar, reducing sugar gradually rise high, and gradually increases the field late in sugar content differences decreased starch content increased first, upper leaf potassium levels were decreased. Different formulations of modifiers on pigment contents in the field of flue-cured tobacco leaf was large, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll were first decreased and then descent, Y1 sharpest declined. The first 66,73,80 days after transplanting, Y1 chlorophyll content was higher, but after two periods, theaverage was less than Y2, Y3, Y4 and controls, while at the same time, carotenoid content increased significantly.(3) Control CK, the upper leaves of the higher content of MDA, Y1 formula regulator handle a minimum, Y1 formula spraying tobacco enhanced resistance to disease and can to some extent; peroxides of upper leaves relatively weak activity in middle leaves, upper middle leaves of activity in the first 66 days after transplanting later showed a gradual weakening trend, Y1 formula peroxidase activity was strongest, more vigorous growth and metabolism of tobacco plants; nitrate reductase activity was gradually decreased, and nitrate reductase activity area Y1 strongest formulation process, in favor of normal mature tobacco and yellowing, followed in descending order Y2, Y3, Y4.(4) Spraying Different formulations regulators on the soluble sugar, starch, reducing sugar content and sugar base than to have a significant impact. Y1 administered formulation reduces the total sugar, reducing sugar, total nitrogen content, and increase the nicotine,total potassium content, potassium content in middle leaves control improved 5.58% and29.84%, compared cured tobacco leaves inside modulated full of chlorophyll degradation and carotenoid content increased for upgrading tobacco flavoring played a positive role. In terms of economic traits, Y1 processing output value, average price, fine tobacco ratio and the proportion of superior tobacco respects much better than other treatments, yields were higher than the control value of 10.66% and 16.31%, the average price reached 24.17 yuan /kg, fine tobacco ratio 6.18 percentage points higher than the control, while the proportion of tobacco in the upper aspect, Y1 and Y2 performance modifier formulations were good.On the whole, Y1,According to 5 liters of calculation(KNO3 1250 g,KH2PO4 2500 g,Mg SO4 5.8g,Ca(NO3)2 9.6g,Na2B4O7.10H2 O 2.6g,Humi acids, potassium salts 3000 g,brassinolide 50ppm)Per 300 ml plus 50 kg water,the process of the field agronomic traits Y1 recipe was excellent, smoke film dry matter accumulation amount of more resilience better disease resistance, maturity yellowing better harvest yield after baking, value,average price was higher, and significantly enhanced the fine smoke, smoke in the upper scale.Therefore, Y1 formulations were within the scope of this study the effect of screening out the optimal adjustment of formulations suitable for application in tobacco-producing areas of Meizhou.
